I wanted to download the CBX wallet and withdraw from Cryptsy, but when I download the Windows Installer from the links provided at http://cryptobullion.io/storage-use/ and check the MD5, I am getting the wrong hash. It says I should get D41D8CD98F00B204E9800998ECF8427E for cryptobullion-1.3.0.0-win32-setup.exe but I get something else instead. I tried with two different utilities and got the same number but not the number listed on the website. Anyone know what's up with that? I'd like to get a wallet running but I'm not installing with the discrepancy.

I just checked the MD5 of the bootstrap and its checking out properly, so I know its not my verification utilities that are causing the error.

Are we still on the testnet? I seem to be having an issue with my wallet balance... I can see that I have mined many blocks but my balance is 0 in the wallet.

What a load of crap if this turns out a scam. Funny because GlideSEC has practically turned out to be a scam too. I wonder if the users autodiv and ActualUpsurge are the same person. Both assets turned rouge on the same day, but both were low-level assets that couldn't have made much at all.

ActualUpsurge hasn't always been timely in dividend payments, but, he has always come through. With this latest news of the time announcement of dividend release, proof of burn, GlideCOIN snapshot, and 8k buywall, this is the last chance for ActualUpsurge to prove if this project is the real deal or not. I know we are all wanting this to turn out well... and if it doesn't there is going to be some angry customers with readied pitchforks. I want to add my opinion before you do this... it doesn't make sense to try and change the ticker of GlideSEC on C-Cex from GLIDE to XGS because you cannot change the asset name in the NXT ecosystem and this might confuse traders even further. Offering GlideCOIN as XGC should be enough to differentiate the two projects if you plan on having both listed on Bitcoin-based exchanges. Using "X" in the ticker is traditionally used in the case of coins, so fine for GlideCoin but being that GlideSEC is an NXT asset it doesn't follow traditional unspoken standards to change GlideSEC's ticker.

Correct, Glide is GlideSEC, the NXT asset that is trading on C-CEX. GlideCOIN is not yet launched but will initially be an NXT asset for distribution purposes, however it will be swappable for an actual coin that will have a blockchain of its own. However, you need to have your GlideSEC in an NXT-based wallet (such as SAE) in order to receive the NXT-asset GlideCOIN that will be distributed to holders of GlideSEC in their wallets that they will hold until the actual GlideCOIN wallets are made available.

Its not too difficult, just give it a go. You will need to purchase NXT from C-CEX before you can send your GlideSEC to SAE. NXT assets (like GlideSEC) move on the NXT blockchain so you have to pay the transaction fee to be able to initiate the transaction. I edited my post above some to make it more clear, have a look. Running your own NXT node is the best-case scenario, but having an NXT wallet on the SAE works too if you don't want to spend hours downloading the blockchain. Head over to https://trade.secureae.com/ and click Sign Up to create an account. Pay attention to the signup steps because you need to create a username and the passphrase will be automatically generated for you - which is safe but must be saved exactly, spaces and all. Its a good idea to write down your address once you get logged in, then log out and log back in to make sure you got the right passphrase before doing any transactions.

Keep in mind you will need NXT to send anything out of an NXT-based wallet (GlideSEC is an NXT asset). The tx fee is generally 1 NXT per tx whenever NXT or NXT assets are sent from SAE or C-CEX or any NXT wallet for that matter.

The address you get when signing up at SAE will hold NXT as well as any NXT based assets such as GlideSEC.

GlideSEC pays weekly dividends in the form of NXT to the NXT address where the GlideSEC is held. Many assets pay some form of dividend. Also, on Saturday, GlideCOIN is going to be distributed to holders of GlideSEC in the form of a bearer-asset that will be redeemable for actual GlideCOIN when the wallets become available as per ActualUpsurge (who is the GlideSEC manager).

It says that the GlideCoin will be released as an asset into your NXT wallet which will in turn be redeemable for the actual GlideCoin once the wallets are available.

I see a tx from the GlideSEC owner address to the Genesis Account but this tx doesn't look like it was executed as stated. I do not see an explicit # of assets transferred in the tx listed at http://www.mynxt.info/transaction/11794654127882350565 I am not FUDding, only looking for transparency and accountability.

The news from ActualUpsurge yesterday was exciting, but, I would like to know more information regarding the Proof of Burn. It was said that 1,600,000 GlideSEC will be burned but I have yet to see that happen. Can this tx be confirmed so investors know that what has been said is what is actually taking place? As per the NXT asset exchange, I do not see any account holding that high of an amount of GlideSEC other than the C-CEX wallet address. I am not alone when I say that sending to C-CEX is NOT a burn... it was stated that 1,600,000 GlideSEC would be sent to an unspendable NXT address -- the Genesis block address is practically the only address that could be considered a Proof-of-Burn address in the NXT ecosystem.

I've been watching that address for a while. Since the daily node payment totals 1 million and the balance is over 9 million, it seems the script hasn't been run multiple times to make up for the days that haven't been paid like has been said. I'm sure the people in charge are aware of this.

Didn't they blacklist bounties to nodes that aren't running the most up-to-date version? That might be why the numbers are off.

I agree with this. Having clearer and more definite info available will mean a more successful social media campaign. I think we are a on a better track though with the new forum and foundation being created. Once Opal Drive beta comes out we'll also have an actual product to talk about.

One thing though: on Twitter the @OpalCoinTeam handle and #ownyourfreedom hashtag takes up precious characters in the tweets. I'm not saying to remove/eliminate them from tweets (I was able to do ok with them in mine) but considering changing the tweet requirements is something to think about.
