Well, if either of you two fine gentlemen had bothered to pop on over to Telegram you would already have seen that Matthias has been true to his word and has indeed published the roadmap, as promised.

Please note that this is intended as a discussion document, so please read it carefully and comment on its contents.  Matthias requires as much input as possible from as many community members as possible in order to finesse the roadmap and chart the best way forward for the project.

Hi Buddy!!   Well, here we are at 10th May and your countdown is over.  Unfortunately, Matthias has been unable to produce the roadmap by the deadline as he has realized that there is a lot more work involved than he originally envisaged.  He informed us all of this fact yesterday on Telegram, but he did not specify what the additional work involves, merely something to do with 'resources'.

Anyway, Matthias says that the roadmap will now be delivered this weekend for sure.  I hope you are happy with that; I certainly am.

Hi Cryptonaire.  No, it's not just you.  I used to use BCT a lot too, but I shifted to Telegram because everybody else seemed to have moved there.  A bit of a shame, I think, as this forum is just a bit more 'user-friendly', in my opinion.  Never mind.

Anyway, this is supposed to be all about the ERC project, so let's take it back there, shall we? 

Latest news (yes, on Telegram!)  is that Matthias is working on a new roadmap for ERC; this is due to be finalized and published on 10th May 2023, his own self-imposed deadline.  So that gives us something to look forward to.

Thanks for the responses to my query re CMC; very much appreciated.

I notice, however, that BAY receives the same treatment at the hands of CoinGecko.  Where it should be listed at 38-39 or so, it is reported as occupying position 4271!!   

Something smells decidedly fishy....

Sorry BitBayDoc, I'm not entirely clear what you mean by your remark re Coinmarketcap.

Todays figures show that BAY has a cap of $227,215,574. This would give BAY a ranking of 39 on CMC.

Actual rank = 208.

Why the discrepancy, and what did you mean by 'completely integrated"?

Just downloaded new QT and bootstrap.  I am using Windows 10, 64bit.

Inserted bootstrap.dat into Appdata/Roaming/Bitbay, alongside wallet.dat.
Launched QT.

Bootstrap is being ignored.  Whole new set of files are created instead, and QT is syncing from scratch.

Any ideas?

Well last week I spoke with Matthias on the phone. He re-did the Europecoin website which I find quite nice now and we talked about financecloud. Due to an update from Mycroft he finally could resolve one of our biggest problems with the tensorflow engine. Mycroft had a huge bug there they did not fix for a long time because theynput too much effort in their hardware devices propably. In fact work on Europecoin and financecloud is still going on, although we all, including me, would wish to have half the challenges and double the staff. But it is like it is and I personally still see my decent Europecoin-stock as my biggest hope for my future...

I would just like to add my congratulations to Mr Zimbeck and his team.  Awesome job guys!  Not long to go now.  I genuinely feel this is history in the making, a whole new chapter in the unfolding story of crypto evolution.

It appears that Mathias is unwell at this time and so has been unable to communicate with the community for a while.  He will return when fully recovered, which I'm sure we all hope will be soon.
