₪ IYWTB or Sell to an existing offer: You post which order(s) you want and the seller(s) / buyer(s) confirm it and give adress to pay. You confirm you paid and give the adress you want to be paid to.
₪ I'm the admin, so if you fear to trade I can act as a third party, I don't take nothing, the only fees are network fees. I just assume to receive your PHS/BTC and send to each trader PHS and BTC. As soon as I don't have trust enough, all I can say is that I'm honest and dislike robbers I wouldn't make me a robber for hundreds bucks only.
When i'll get trust I'll make new rules to permit anonymous trades for buyers / sellers. Traders username will be known by me only, as on any exchange.

J'en ai acheté il y a presque un mois, elles ne sont toujours pas partis de chez Cryptsy, malgré mes multiples relances 
Perso Cryptsy je les déteste, c'est la troisième bourse à m'avoir littéralement volé, j'ai créé un topic où j'ai reporté mon plus gros problème avec eux et leur incompétence / manque de sérieux. J'ai 3 retraits de la même période qui sont toujours dans le flou. Perso je ne leur écris même plus de ticket puisque j'ai déjà eu à faire à eux dont Mullick, Bitjohn et Horus. Et de mon humble avis ce sont des voleurs, manipulateurs de marchés et des incompétents. Beaucoup de gens ont reporté vols et une absence de support à de nombreuses reprises.
J'ai eu écho à diverses reprises qu'ils m'ont en grippe et de ce fait pour ne pas compliquer la situation je me fais relativement discret vis-à-vis des PHS.
Maintenant que nous somme passés en POS il y a beaucoup moins de chance de fourcher la blockchain donc la situation est bien plus stable. Il ne faut jamais transférer des sommes conséquentes chez vous savez qui si vous n'êtes pas sûr que la situation est favorable. (en ce moment y'a aucun souci de retrait, je retire 700-1000 PHS par retrait)
C'est nécessaire de rentrer sur Minpal, c'est pas la seule bourse honnête et qui gère activement les problèmes dès qu'ils surviennent mais ce sont les meilleurs. Vraiment c'est le meilleur support auquel j'ai eu à faire.
Dans ce milieu comme on dit shit happens.

Well I really don't understand what is going on with your issue or what you are trying to say.
You must have some kind of trace if not how can you say that you mined some blocks if they are invisible?!?
Be more specific with your issue or try to post some kind of log so we can track this down.

I saw rejected block found then accepted block found twice on cgminer, but nothing about these accepted on the wallet.

I solo mine and my last found blocks accepted invisible in the wallet.
Invisible or Orphaned ?

are you using the windows client?
Yes. 1.3 from palmd.
I implemented a checkpoint server yesterday to fix the forking problem, maybe you have a corrupt blockchain on your computer, try loading the client with the -rescan switch, or try redownloading the blockchain.
I deleted ALL outta .conf and wallet.dat. DELETED all addnode from .conf. Relaunched one night later, synched on the wrong fork. palmd gave me blockchain for me to be on the right fork.
I would be very surprised that your IP is banned, the fact that it's not showing on the explorer page doesn't mean your banned, it just means your are not connected to that node.
Just so you know, before activating the checkpoint server, I started 3 test nodes and within 24 hours, they were all on 3 different forks. Since the CP server has been added, they are all in sync.
I've been running my client and staking without issues, still have all my test nodes in sync, and I've had the highest stable connections count that I ever got on the GRW network.
so try the few things I suggested, it should all be good now
