This event was held by the Research Center for Legal Solutions in the field of application of distributed registry technologies. The parties came to the decision to divide the development of the technology into several stages, as well as to introduce the relevant legislative amendments related to the regulation of the Ukrainian market of information resources, goods and services based on blockchain technology.

The opportunities that will become available to the state after using and regulating the blockchain system in the market of services and goods within the control of the state financial apparatus were outlined. According to the results of the meeting, the parties signed a protocol in which they assured the decision to create a Doctrine of economic and legal regulation of the market of information resources, goods and services in Ukraine based on distributed registry technologies. The goal was also to approve it in April 2020. The event consisted of three main parts. The discussion began with a discussion of centralized and decentralized token accounting systems, and they also spoke about the balance of digital asset accounting."

"Мероприятие состояло из трех основных частей. Дискуссия началась с обсуждения централизованных и децентрализованных систем учета токенов, говорили также о балансе учета цифрового актива.

Второй этап был посвящен проблемам, связанным с использованием инструментов блокчейна, а также их связи с различными юридическими аспектами. Было рассмотрено несколько вопросов, которые касались природы блокчейна, использования технологии для обновления системы управления государственным финансовым аппаратом.

На третьем этапе круглого стола упоминалось о смене существующего образца государственного управления при помощи блокчейна. Было приведено сравнение с крупнейшими мировыми государствами, которые используют данную технологию. Рассмотрены также перспективы поступления инвестиций в экономику страны в ближайшие 10–15 лет благодаря технологии блокчейн."

49 монет потерял. Да, смысла не вижу ему писать, сумма не большая да и не думаю что компенсирует, много нас таких.


К сожалению поздно об этом прочитал, т.к. в монете не с самого начала и дискордом только недавно пользуюсь.
На месте разработчиков, надо было заблокировать эту функцию да и все. Но им как всегда по фиг на шахтеров.

Попробывал новую версию 1.4. Такая же ерунда. Походу и вправду застряли либо в старой цепочки до 4800 блока или в дарксенде. Печально, да хрен с ними тогда.

Перекачал заного блокчейн, та же херня монеты есть а отправить немогу.

Кошелек обновлял до версии 1.2.1.1  до того как начали 4800 блок обрабатывать.

Тут мне подсказали что возможно мои монеты замексавались, так как я раньше dark send использовал, хотя и пишет что баланс dark senda 0.

Пробывал, не помогает, один хрен пишет недостаточно средств. Да же когда 1 или 0,1 монету пытаюсь отправить из суммы 49 монет.


Подскажи как это сделать? Какую там папку из Roaming удалить надо?


Вроде есть же какие то команды для отладки кошелька, напишите, если знаете.
