As in your title it says Service , just make the announcement there and write in your thread that it should be moved from an Moderator if it dosnt fits there ! But i guess its the right board for post it there .

Dear fellow members, what i feel is , this is a good decision. However we can come up with some more refined policy on this as well. if you all are agreed we can take some more suggestions from the forum members and can have a look again in the matter in the discussion.... maybe we have forgotten something to add or maybe we have added something which should not be involved. redesigning something is always for betterment.
