I send an email for the swap the day the split was announced and got a fast reply. Send them the coins from the exchange it was on and made a wallet today (Was away from home so had to wait a while). I honestly don't know why he does not reply to you all but I got my coins within half an hour after sending my XCXT address today.

You are launching a new blockchain and swapping the current $CXT with the new coin for all holders? That roadmap is pretty amateurish,I have to say. It almost looks like you are deliberately trying to drive the price down by even admitting you plan to dump your coins.
Did you even look into the information there is before posting this? They answered this question on twitter:
