What I am looking for is some one to tell me, I did this and this happen.
I know how to use my system to get referrals, but others don't.
What ever I can fix or make better will only make me more money.
I just need someone that knows nothing about the site, to post an Ad and tell me if or if not they got a sign/up/
There is more into what I am asking than what I am telling.
The answers I get back will answer more than you think.

If you need testers you don’t tell them to pay for your service and you’ll refund them, you give them free access to your service. Otherwise this appears to be just another low level scam attempt where testers buy ads and then you disappear without refunding. I get you want people to test this for you, but if testing the payment system is what you’re going for, maybe you should send funds yourself instead of asking others to do so for you and expect you to send them their money back.

OP, your website is just 16 days old. You can't expect a big profit for such a short time. (you cannot expect any profit in such a short time).
You had 2500+ active users, did you do an analysis, what kind of users are they, how long they stay on your site? 2500+ unique visitors can be a solid base to start earning from there without begging.
present your service in the right way and try to do a little research about how to monetize the faucet website.

Research is, and thats what we are doing, We know where every user come from an what they are into.
What we are looking for is signup rate, via our traffic at this point, before we reach 10k users...

Did you look at bitmedia.io ?
I have been using them on a couple of sites I have. No idea if they support faucets or not.
Ad revenue is tough and has been getting tougher. I actually don't even expect to get any money in anymore, it's just a "bonus" when it happens.
