My country doesn't support money receiving on paypal.
Is there any opinion to receive money on paypal and cashout using some ATM card?
Yes. Buy a disposable or online debit card and withdraw to that. You might need to use a proxy when using paypal to avoid restrictions but I'm not sure on that. You could also try find someone who would accept paypal funds in exchange for sending the cash to you.

Re: DirectBet Soccer Prediction Game *** Win Free Bets ! *** Free to Enter !
Just wondering, why the results we are asked to guess are always for "big" matches? (either involving big teams or for important competitions) I have never seen Granada vs Betis or Brazilian cup (or even New Caledonian football league ).
Anyone can suggest games but the most popular teams from big leagues tend to get chosen. People prefer them and everybody knows about them.
Today I suggest Inter Milan vs Florentina at 19:45 kick off.
Hero members should even sell for 0.7+ btc in my opinion.
It takes long time to become Hero but I think the market has become saturated now and people seem to accept low offers rather than wait out for good deals which pushes the prices down.

That image is really hard to make out lol. Took me a few moments to realize what it was. Has he actually gone to jail yet or is that just him in the back of a police car (or even photoshopped?)?

Probably depends on your local laws. I think it's illegal in the US but legal in the UK. Some countries even have 14 years old as their limit. Personally 16 is too young for you but I guess depends how mature she is.

Aren't they apparently always ready for war? They're all talk really. Even if they did start a war they'd regret it because it would then give the west an excuse to invade and 'liberate' their people. Not sure why they haven't tried to already really. Guess NK don't have anything they want.

Re: Silk Road Founder Ross Ulbricht Sentenced to Life in Prison
Life in prison without parole. He'll never set foot outside of prison again for the rest of his life. I wonder if this will deter others, or do most people think they will never be caught, like he did
Tougher sentencing has never lowered crime rates AFAIK.
I think it will certainly deter some people from thinking about starting a darknet market, but for most it wont stop them and there will always be people willing to take the risk.

Money.
Simple as that. I think it's the evolution of currency and no word describes it better than what it is.

Which one? The article doesn't even seem to say what the market was called. Not surprising that another has been taken down, though. These markets will likely become obsolete any way when decentralized markets get going.

A number of our clients have asked whether using bitcoin makes sense. Though bitcoin is intriguing, it does not make much sense for marijuana businesses,"McVay stated. "Its primary difficulties stem from its low adoption rate. For a cannabis business to do a significant volume of business with bitcoins, it would need buy-in from its customers, vendors, shareholders, employees, taxing authorities, and others. We just do not see that happening."
There is nothing stopping most marijuana businesses from dabbling in bitcoins and accepting bitcoins in addition to dollars, but it is not a panacea, nor is it a viable alternative to having a functioning bank account.
Bitcoin sure could help out in situations like this but like the article says their customers don't use bitcoin so its going to be a long time before its a viable option. Maybe some point in the future, though.

Re: Bitcoin: The End of Money as We Know It documentary is out!
Wow, I am really amazed about all the people who are shouting for a free link. Not that I pay for everything I watch, but I at least don't make it that obvious. With this film, I am not sure, if I should pay. I just don't like streaming things. Can I download it using Bitcoin?
We all know you're not going to pay for it. I don't see the difference between asking for a free link and trying to cover up the fact that you may or may not pay for it. If people want it for free let them try watch it for free, for the others let them pay for it.

The network is getting overloaded with spam and people 'stress testing' it apparently, hence why higher fees are being used to speed up transactions. I think it shows we need the bigger blocks.

Have you tried contacting them? Most exchanges need x amount of confirms before the deposit is valid so maybe you just need to wait?

Re: DirectBet Soccer Prediction Game *** Win Free Bets ! *** Free to Enter !
why some one not open a "exchanger" for Bitcointalk ACC in Excel and we can see open order, high rate low rate
no, that's not a LOL idea, but there is some sensitive info that may must be hidden to the buyer..., and about supply and demand...,
I actually thought of this idea before. However.. I'm not a trusted person (only completed three deals on Bitcointalk). To open a exchange for Bitcointalk accounts, we need someone who can be trusted like QuickSeller or devthedev.
so, this is like bid right? Or just place an order and waiting for seller response? I actually interested with his Idea, but I don't understand how it works...
maybe "theymos" could make a section that looks like exchanger in general .. so anyone can buy and sell orders to install, without fear fooled
The staff especially the admins aren't going to get involved in account sales. The way they work with escrow seems just fine to me.
