This was to be expected as the ICO market has proven terrible for most investors, and now people  are seeking help from the centralized entities because they're plan to get rich from decentralized projects and tokens didn't work. If it was indded a scam definitely seek justice, but if the case is against a project that is delivering on track and the cryptoasset is performing poorly because of the bear market, you should definetly recosinder.

This seems to be in line with the expected announcement of the ban lift, specially now that both South Korea and China signed an agreement to work jointly in crypto regulation. This will be more fuel for the upcoming bull cycle.

Peoples Bank of China (PBoC) issued a statement through state media this week claiming the yuan now accounts for less than 1% of total Bitcoin exchange volume.
This was caused by the ban, but still we see China put out blockchain related reports and rankings, I feel the government is preparing the public to better invest in crypto, once they open the well regulated and controlled gates.
How soon do you see this happening? I'm hopeful of seeing a ban lift this year, still you never know in crypto.

I'd park those 16k in Tether and wait and see how a bull trend confirmation to go in the market. I'd buy 30% BTc, 20% ETH, leave 20% for some hyped ICOs with strong communities and I'd go for blockchain projects, lastly I'd go 25% sub 200 to 5 MM projects, NEXO, SS, UBT and 5 % in some microcaps.

Bancor has been hacked. 24,984 ETH (~$12.5M), 229,356,645 NPXS (~$1M) and 3,200,000 BNT (~$10M) have been stolen. Bancor was able to freeze the stolen BNT

These hacks, keep happening, security is definitely one of the biggest concerns surrounding crypto, hopefully clients will be made whole, organizations keep stepping up their security game and some of the tokens are recovered

Creo que el precio de ADA se vio beneficiada en el corto plazo por el Hype pero en el mediano plazo lo afecto pues ese crecimiento poco natural, que aunque se vio generalizado en el mercado, cardano fue uno de los mas beneficados lo vimos en USD 1.2, no se si vuelva a ver ATH, el pico de este ano sin contar el mercado alcista del comienzo de ano fue 0.34, sinembargo sigue siendo un solido proyecto dentro de los top 10 y gran potencial de crecimiento asi que si me parece una excelente inversion a estos precios USD 0.14

It seems that Youtube is being targeted for not doing enough to protect the consumer. Do you think it's fair that YouTube is sued for this? Is it their obligation to stop all the videos that are in their platform posted by pyramids schemes or other fraudulent businesses? Or are people supposed to DYOR, bitconnect was such an obvious Ponzi scheme, I doubt their forced to pay anything, however I would not be surprised to see some actions by Youtube seeking to prevent this type of business from continuing to spread their lies on the platform.

Parece que Youtube esta siendo demandado dentro de la accion civil que esta llevando a cabo por los afectados por Bitconnect, esto por no hacer lo suficiente para proteger al consumidor. Creen que es justo que Youtube sea demandado por esto? Es obligacion de youtube detener todos los videos que hay en su plataforma de piramides u otros negocios fraudulentos? Dudo que los encuentren culpables, sin embargo no me sorprenderia ver algunas acciones buscando prevenir que este tipo de negocios sigan esparciendo sus mentiras por la plataforma.

I've been digging into the project and love the idea of cutting out the middlemen and reducing taxes for freelancing or renting of goods. Creating these new economic models will truly help benefit many, with more transparency and  and reduction of unfair costs. Like the fact that it's based out of crypto embracing Malta, and also great to see an ICObench rating of 4.6. Can't wait to see how the project continues to unfold.
