After the finishing of the ICO: where will the collected funds go to? Are there different types of development depending on the collected money?

All tokens will be distributed according to the scheme outlined in the whitepaper, and the remaining ones will be burned

What kind of transaction confirmation mechanism is planned for using with the P2P exchange service. Will smart contracts be available?
