It's explained that you can't break rules. Plagiarism is against forum rules. Harsh to repeat it for you over and over again that you are a banned user as you can't also use this account or any other account expect in meta to discuss the situation.

Just use the forum as a silent guest, it's not that necessary to post.

I'm trying not to sound like an ass here, but what you should do is find a different hobby/source of income.
A ban for plagiarism is permanent (it has been said a couple of times before in this very thread), and it's you (as a person) that is banned, not (only) your account... So if you buy a new account, and somebody finds out, the new account will also be banned and you'll lose any time/funds you invested in the account.

Another ban appeal, almost everyday I read about ban appeals and it seema that this is the number 1 topic in this section right after with the new set of guidelines for DT1 and the list of DT1 users.

OP, You should not ask for any help but instead move on because you were already ban. Your stay here in the forum is now over so there is no need to whine over it.

Your post history can be used to note tour previous contribution, and whether or not you are a notable member who has been committed yo the growth of the tbe forum

And whether or not you are on a signature determines the motivation behind plagiarism. Signature is not a problem, but when your work is to the detriment of the forum, then it is a punishable offense. However, there is a very low tolerance towards plagiarism

if they think it is financially motivated copy and paste then there is no chance

If you can demonstrate it was just a lazy error with no financial gain and you were helping by providing information for someone there is a chance. 

Also depends on what net positive contribution and effort you have displayed over all.

If your account has been permanent ban then you then there is almost no chance to be unbanned. If someone become unban from permanent ban that is rare.
