I sure most of you know already, but I wanted to let others that don't already know that AMD released Catalyst 13.4 drivers and 13.5 Beta drivers yesterday. So far I've noticed that I'm getting the appropriate hashrates from my 7870 (Stock, getting ~280kh/s scrypt mining) as apposed to when I was on 13.2 and 13.3 Beta only getting ~220kh/s

Hopefully if anyone else was getting lower that expected hashrates like I was, this will give you a boost

The new bubble might be for LTC though

I would never go for one of their ASICS without a proof of concept

Should make sure that they set up other wallets like LTC and FC

Naturally with ASICS coming out, scrypt based coins will be the only ones available to the common masses. I wouldn't say that ASICS would destroy the bitcoin, rather just make it so that only a small amount of people will be generating bitcoins because the difficulty will be so high. I think that there might be a dip in price because ASICS will be pumping out coins, but once the difficulty is raised to a certain point and the flow of bitcoins trickles down, the price will steadily rise again.
