I do not trust centralized exchanges like Polo, Liqui and ShapeShift

to be honest OTC is just a demo, not for real using.

By the way, from Ethfinex whitepaper "We cannot do this alone, and Ethfinex will contribute to and collaborate with other decentralised exchange protocols, e.g. 0xProtocol [1], as appropriate."

As far as I understand, 0x Project is an open protocol on which decentralized exchanges (Relayers) of ERC20 token are builded, using off-chain order books (EtherDelta use on-chain order book) - this decrease network useless load, increase speed of trading and you don't need gas for open, close, modify order, but executed orders goes into the blockchain. Fee for trading will be in ZRX - this gives them utility. Looks like first Relayer will be https://radarrelay.com/ I'm waiting for it to understand more.

3 hours after the situation I send them support request #72326 and got only automatic email answer.
Now it has allready passed 55 hours from my support request and I still have no answer and of course no money.

By the way I sent request at the same time to Exodus wallet support and they answered very fast - after 30 min (not automatic), tried to calm me down and explained the situation. They said "our exchange partner ShapeShift didn't send your Litecoins correctly. They will send your funds manually as soon as they can solve it. You don't need to worry. They are extremely responsive and professionals. Let me know when you hear back from them, please."
That is a high level support! They covered your ass, ShapeShift! Shame on you! Waiting for answer!

after 56 hours I finally got an answer in support ticket (I think after I posted here and Twitter):
and on Twitter - to check my ticket for reply.
So now I am waiting... I will post if something changes.

after 85 hours I finally got my LTC.
As ShapeShipt support said - you should not open copy of request about same problem and you should not comment your own opened ticket since this will reset its place in the queue. If you follow these recommendations ticket will be handled in 48 hours, 72 hours max.
