Regarding the team listed on your website. It's quite questionable. The CEO Marco Ahmadi has no proven track record at all. From website: "Marco previously worked corporate in C++ and backend web dev positions from 2005. With a primary focus on C++, JS and distributed systems management." Today you can't find developer without LInkedIN profile, yet Marco has new created profile with only few connections. Since 2005? Very interesting.

Agree with that. But private investment firms don't care whether it is DAICO or just any type of crowdfunding. So the concept of DAICO is lost here. It only works with more crowd but I don't see that people is going to invest via ICOs anytime soon.

I think that you are totally right. Even projects with strong backing can't raise the desired caps. They even lower hard caps and go for the radical changing in funding. But still no success.

The recent reply from IDEX on this matter. Quite interesting that they did due diligence and CEO of RedSoft actually hired those people to conduct an ICO and gave them the wallets and permission to operate.

Why don't you answer the main concern about $10 billion hard cap? What are you going to do with this huge amount of money? No need to do that, they already looking for this people. Original company RedSoft stated on their website that they already talked with the lawyers and preparing the Lawsuit. It will be quite difficult to spot them, pretty sure they used many precaution measures like VPN with obfuscated servers.
