100 waves, I think quite a lot for now if the price is very down you better hold it before the price is normal again. and you can sell it a little if you need it

I think a good exchange for now is crytopia,  poloniex, bittrex, hitbc. this is a good digital currency exchange in my opinion. and you can try it
