I think it was from a miscalculated leverage Robinhood displayed. Not that he owed that amount.

Because Inanomo - a centralized platform - the keys are stored at exchange.
Each address is a separate set of keys (Multi-Sig), of which at least one is offline.
So who gets an access to an offline machine then? The proccess of accessing an offline machine must be slow...
