Hi GamEth,
It is not possible to do this yet as the smart contract is locked. It will be unlocked and you will be able to move tokens to and from the platform once the ICO is finished.
I submitted a ticket about 3 days ago asking why all of a sudden my coins that I mine and the coins received from my referrals are now 'pending'? Hoping to get a answer here since no one has answered my ticket.
I have stopped mining for now till I get a reply.
Thank you for your time.
Hi Kambas,
They are going in to a pending holding period for 7 days following the update that took place on Saturday 8th September. This is to help with fraud prevention on the network and getting ready for the exchange listing next month.
Hi, I would like to ask. Is it possible to remove more than 1000 jse from the platform? I hope the answer is yes, because if not, I consider myself an abuse charge for every 1000 times more than take out of the platform. regards
Hi Arturopolo,
Yes you can change the transaction limit. Simply click on the transaction limit on the coincode or export page and you will be able to set the limit to your preferred amount.

Planned maintenance is about to begin. There should be no system downtime but you will need to refresh the browser to see the platform updates. We will let you know as soon as the work is complete. Thanks
is this coin centralized?: because accounts are linked to an email address (and funds also transferred through this method) can your team suspend an account and forfeit all the coins? just asking out of curiosity, thanks
Thanks whotheff but even reading this post i'm still in doubt if people from the team can act directly on the accounts. i suspect that they can. if they decide an account may be fraudulent(or for other reasons) can they close that account and forfeit all the coins? i didn't ask this question because i have opened a fraudulent account but just to understand how decentralized this is. in bitcoin all transactions are final and you own your coins only if you own the private keys, there is nobody (unless they know your private keys by hacking, phishing or else) that can "forfeit" your account, not even the FBI. in the famous case of ross ulbricht they could take his btc only because they got access in some ways to his private keys. i just would like to understand more, i don't want to jump to conclusions, thanks
Hi Luca,
We are able to suspend accounts, but this would only be done for abuse to the system such as publisher mining manipulation or referral fraud.
its correct? but if iam open other apilcation the jse minning was not running, maybe u can create a symbol or notification in top bar to inform the jse minning is running, just my opinion, hope will be improved to be a great minning
Hi bchku,
You should just turn on background support and turn off silent mode.
I have been mining, both on the website and via the Android application, which I want to ask, is it possible to work mining if we don't open the JSE application? because if you have to constantly open the JSE application, I can't open an email, write a message, call someone and others
If you go into settings and turn on background support then mining should continue whilst you continue to use your phone for other things.

Thanks to Lewis for creating a great article about JSEcoin earning him the 10,000JSE article bounty bonus. Take a read here for an excellent overview of the platform and the JSEcoin #ICO as an investment opportunity.
What does this mean? Is this a fault with the server, or some problem on my PC?
Hi Llanbedr,
There was a huge spike in publisher volume yesterday that put massive load on the servers and could explain the errors you were receiving. Additional servers were put in place early this morning and so everything should now be running fine.
If you are still receiving errors today then please let me know and I will investigate further.
I have a website but I'm not sure I want to put the mining script on its pages, but I would consider having an advert that linked back to the JSE website. Is there any benefit in doing this?
Hi Llanbedr,
You could include a referral link in the advert and you would then earn extra JSE for for each qualifying user that registered an account via that link. Full terms for the referral program, as well as links can be found on the referral page of the platform after logging into your account at https://platform.jsecoin.com

Hi Invidia,
Are you still having this issue. The token sale is running fine and transactions are being received.

Hi Invidia,

I've notice export/import coincode section on the platform ? Is it a transfert method for jsecoins ?!
Thx
Hi Jayhay04,
Yes it is possible to use the import/export functions to transfer tokens to/from other JSEcoin accounts. It is also possible to export tokens to create a paper wallet.
After the ICO closes the import/export functionality will be extended to allow the tokens to be sent to and from 3rd party ERC20 compatible wallets
Just got back mining Desktop app balances turns grey zeroes? tho in web my balances is fine just got surprised.... what is happening? not sure if i can mine there now while it is all grey.
How can i send the mined tokens to myetherwallet, or do we have to wait before that is an option?
Hi Frankie001,
This isn't currently possible. This function will go live once the ICO is closed. The ICO will finish on the 11th October 2018 or earlier if the hardcap is reached before this date.
Hi, great project. I only started mining yesterday and I have 40 coins - pretty nice. Just wondering if you have plans for exchanges? Also, will I be able to move my coins to mew after the ICO? Thanks
Hi John,
We will begin applying for exchange listings as soon as the ICO is finished. The scheduled date for this is 11th October 2018 or sooner if the hardcap is reached before this date. Also, yes following the ICO you will be able to export all tokens to any 3rd party ERC20 compatible wallet such as MyEtherWallet and Metamask.
