Re: In Japan you can buy luxury car on bitflyer-exchange using BTC

Japan luxury car dealer allow btc holders to buy cars on bitflyer exchange. I think Japan is the most Cryptocurrency-friendly nation in the globe.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/japanese-luxury-car-dealer-to-accept-btc-as-payment-option-through-bitflyer-exchange
Yes, the government has long accepted bitcoin as the most friendly country to treat bitcoin, and has actively promoted the use of cryptographic currency, which has helped to encrypt the currency's development in Japan. In Japan, many stores accept bitcoins, so it's not surprising that BTC holders buy cars at bitflyer.

Re: Excited to see the people who trust bitcoin when price reaches All Time High
by

Does everyone feel this way? This excitement for those who trusted.
I am really interested seeing how much the people who trusted on bitcoin will benefit when bitcoin again is in its all time high.
Surely there will be lots of news again about another bitcoin millionare and other good news about bitcoin.
In the process it can also drive more investors into it.

But the sad part eventually we will end up in a crash again. That is how markets work. Those who sold at the peak are very wise people.

Overall I am excited to the whole process of ups and downs. I just started knowing bitcoin last december and at that time I only saw peak then going down.
I want to experience the rise then going to an All Time High.

Yes, those who achieve the highest price for selling the bitcoin in the bitcoin of the people is how lucky, they got a lot of benefits, and those with the highest price  to buy bitcoin , now because of the bitcoin over the past few months have been in decline and lost a lot of money, but we can't judge the change of the price of the bitcoin , a lot of people have been holding waiting for bitcoin back to the highest price

Re: Are You Discouraged with Bitcoin?
by
Davidbee
on 07/04/2018, 13:23:46 UTC

The problem of scalability has reared its ugly head again this time when transactions are clogging and when we are about to experience the coming of the Bitcoin Futures. People have been expecting that soon Bitcoin can reach the mainstream with the legitimization it has been going through with the introduction of the Bitcoin Futures Contracts.

People are now strongly complaining of the shockingly high fees imposed by wallets and exchanges for the transfer of Bitcoin and this should not be ignored by those tasked with making decisions for Bitcoin. This whole thing can kill Bitcoin gradually if not given the appropriate remedy.

Do you feel like discouraged about Bitcoin with this latest debacle?
I am not discouraged by bitcoin. Now that bitcoin transactions are no longer congested and the lightning network has solved the problem of congestion, the transaction cost of bitcoin has dropped a lot. This is helpful for the development of bitcoin. I will continue to hold my bitcoin, which has great potential for development.

Re: Should I keep my BTC now?
by

on 06/04/2018, 17:15:28 UTC
Hi guys! I have been hold my BTC for a long time but now it's completely down and I started to think about selling it. My friend is very good trader and he advised me to keep all my BTC now and try to get some free coins from different forks because when BTC will be completely down forks will be more actual and valuable. That's why I am here to ask you how to get that fork coins for free? I have found very good fork calling Bitcoin Interest but I just can't understand how to do that.  Tell me please the best way to do that. Thanks in advance !
It's up to you to make your own choices. Because we can't tell how the price of bitcoin will change. Maybe when you sell your bitcoin, its price goes up, and that's going to cost you. So I think you need to think clearly about making decisions.

Re: Can Governments Kill Bitcoin?
by
Davidbee
on 06/04/2018, 15:38:08 UTC
The latest news is that the US government is look closely at Bitcoin. A number of governments such as Russia and China are also planning to issue their own digital currencies. They clearly see a financial threat from Bitcoin.

What do you think? Can governments kill Bitcoin and replace it with their own digital/crypto currency?
I don't think the government can kill bitcoin, bitcoin is decentralized, the government can't control bitcoin, so it's hard for the government to kill it. Some countries are issuing their own digital currency because they see the development of the digital currency very well, and they want to gain some revenue from the digital currency.

Re: I believe BTC is going to trend down to $5,000 whats your thoughts
by
Davidbee
on 06/04/2018, 14:06:39 UTC
IMO BTC is going to continue to trend down and settle around a range of $4,500 to $5,500 at a new psych level. Reasons are slow adoption world wide from other countries than Japan and growing competition from alts.
I think now the currency price already very low, it will stop falling, I don't think the currency will be lower than the price of $6000, if when the currency price down to below $5000, it was a disaster for the whole encryption market, people will leave because of panic selling all encryption currency encryption market

Re: Are you a True Believer?
by
Davidbee
on 06/04/2018, 12:25:52 UTC
I see alot of people are holding Bitcoins and are convinced that their coins would multiply in value. The same people preach the Bitcoin ideology that its P2P,  decentralised, low to nil send or receive etc.

However, only a small group of people today are using Bitcoins as they were intended. And the fees are not exactly cheap to buy Bitcoins, not to mention those exchange places are basically like banks.

So my question is, are you a True believer of Bitcoins and other Cryptocurrencies that it will one day replace paper money, decentralised and all. Or are you only a believer that the price will continue to climb and you'll one day be a millionaire?

I simply find it fascinating that its apparent, people are preaching the benefits of Bitcoins but they are not using them. Preaching to newbies and drive up the demand and prices of the coins.
Rather, I would love to see people who really believe in Bitcoins, actually going out there and using the coins to purchase products, send/receive coins and let the coins circulate around. I would love to see that day. When the prices are not so volatile, and the coins are being used as they were intended. However, not being volatile also means the prices would rise sharply like it has been this year, which also means you wont be a millionaire holding onto them coins.

So are you a True Believer?

I think I'm just a bitcoin investor. I don't know much about bitcoin technology. All I know is that it will bring a new technological revolution to the future. It has great potential for development and I believe that investing in bitcoin will bring me a lot of benefits.

I don’t know how much more. My $1350 investment is worth $526.78 as of this moment. My coins were BTH, LTC, and ETH.
Yes, a few months ago, when bitcoin started to fall, I wanted to sell my bitcoins, but my friends advised me to wait patiently. I took his advice and didn't sell it. Now the price of bitcoin has dropped so much that I have lost half of my assets. I'm so upset now, I don't know if I'm going to keep my bitcoin.

Re: Philippines is starting to accept bitcoin.

Our country just recently held a seminar introducing bitcoin in our country. The said seminar were facilitated
by bitcoin experts and government officials in pursuit of using bitcoin as another form of payment and regulation of it as well.

http://www.wheninmanila.com/5-things-i-learned-about-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency/
Yes, that's good news for bitcoin. The Philippines, which used to ban bitcoin transactions, is now reaccepting bitcoin, which is helpful for the development of bitcoin. That will help more people in the Philippines, and help the Philippines' economy.

Re: You can actually buy a lot of things with Bitcoin
by
Davidbee
on 04/04/2018, 13:13:15 UTC
Bitcoin is just a virtual currency, but it is used as real money to buy many things. There are many people who accept Bitcoin payments for items, including online stores and regular stores. Popular online stores accept Bitcoins including Newegg, Overstock, Microsoft, Dell and more.

In the United States, there are Reeds Jewelers, One Shot Hotels, Holiday Inn, and even pizza locations, restaurants and more. You can even use Bitcoin to buy addictive drugs, gambling, bullion, or even donate to charity. This is the reason why I like BTC.
Yes, I know that there are many stores in Japan that accept bitcoin. But I think bitcoin has not been widely used as a payment method. We can only buy some kinds of goods. I think bitcoin needs to continue to be promoted so that it can be used more widely.

Re: Bitcoin SCAM!
by
Davidbee
on 04/04/2018, 08:05:35 UTC
I was invited by a friend of a friend to invest in Bitcoin last year. He told me that if I invest 5000 in our currency it will be doubled in a month's time. He also promised me that I will get referral fees and override from every person I introduced to Bitcoin and that prices of Bitcoin are expected to increase. To make the story short I did not join because I believe its a pyramiding scam. Truth to be told I did my research on Bitcoin after that and it turn's out that Bitcoin's price was really on rise unfortunately I did not invest at that time. Currently I'm learning more thru this forum and I thank my friend for inviting me here. Just last December I heard from one of my friends that the company they joined was in fact a pyramiding scam and the money they invested in just vanished out of thin air together with the people who invited them. We should be wary of people offering investments and opportunities to us. Do your research. Opportunity comes with risks as well as the rewards. If its too good to be true, it might be a scam. Bitcoin is not a SCAM but there are people who uses Bitcoin to SCAM other people. Good luck to us and more power to Bitcoin!
For your friends, this is a tragedy. If he had chosen to buy his own bitcoin last year, he would now get a lot of money and become a millionaire. I think it's easy to buy bitcoins. You just need to register an account with a cryptocurrency website and then buy it in dollars.

Re: Why Bitcoin is better than Cash.

Davidbee

bitcoin is future currency so i think is it batter than cash
Yes, bitcoin has a lot of advantages, but it's still no substitute for cash in a world where few people use it. We can't use bitcoin in some countries that don't accept bitcoin. In some countries where bitcoin is accepted, only a few stores accept bitcoin, and we still can't use bitcoin extensively.

Re: Good news and bad news
by
Davidbee
on 02/04/2018, 18:37:07 UTC
The crypto currency recorded a decline during the first quarter of 2018. This condition contrasts with the year 2017 when the digital currency recorded a fantastic rally.

The movement of the crypto currency is very volatile, driven by the flow of news and rapid changes related to investor sentiment. In 2017, the Bitcoin trend for example, has pushed the price up 1.375%. This year on the contrary, the price is swooping.

The positive news for crypto currency, especially bitcoin comes from a company called Lightning Labs, which released Lightning Network, a program that allows users to establish dedicated payment channels that operate in parallel with the main bitcoin network. This product is seen as one possible way to help increase the capacity of bitcoin transactions, which remains a major constraint to its growth.

In addition, in March, Jack Dorsey, CEO of Inc. and Square Inc. Inc., told the Times of London he expects bitcoin to be the global single currency in 10 years.

Despite the sharp decline this year, investors who have had bitcoin since early 2016 have enjoyed a nearly 650% increase.

I'm not worried about bitcoin going down all the time, and many people say that bitcoin is about to die. I think that's a silly statement, looking back at the history of bitcoin, which we've been developing over the last few years with many of these adjustments. I didn't panic because the price of bitcoin was falling, and I chose to keep buying it because I thought the price of bitcoin had reached the bottom and it would soon start to recover.

Re: Why are you investing in Bitcoin?
by
Davidbee
on 31/03/2018, 16:30:38 UTC
So my question is.
Are you investing into Bitcoin purely as a investment?
Or are you investing because you believe in Bitcoin and the technology?
Back when Bitcoin started i feel people invested, because there believed in it, and wanted to see it change the world.
Now days i feel people only look at it as a way to make money, and don't really care about the future of it.
Whats peoples thoughts?
When I know the bitcoin, I know now there are a lot of people around the world investment bitcoin, its development is very good now, I think that the bitcoin is a good investment choice, in the short term may bring many benefits to me, so I choose investment bitcoin

Re: Too late to invest in cryptos if you're old?

What would you guys advise someone who is retired, living off pension and savings? Is it too late/risky to invest at that kind of age?
Do you guys think the elderly have a chance of jumping on the crypto train, or do you guys think it's too late for them to invest?

I don't think the investment in encryption is related to age, but I still know that there is an older investment virtual currency around me. I think his son taught him that. Many people now lead their families in bitcoin.

Hi guys me want suggestions

me planning to sell all my btc and wana buy etherium  ETH as btc is down 6.23 % in 24 hr and eth is down 10.68 % so me thinking best time to buy eth as it will grow

what says guys ?
Yes, now the price of bitcoin is falling, but other crypto-currencies are falling, too, and these crypto-currencies are falling more sharply than bitcoin. I think holding bitcoin is a better option because it's the most stable price.

As you can see from the last couple of months price of bitcoin going down and down..
Is this the beginning of the end?
The price of bitcoin is falling, but that doesn't mean it will end. Looking back at the history of bitcoin, you will find that such price changes are normal, which will not cause bitcoin to die. The decline will soon be over and bitcoin will return to normal.

I am new to cryptocurreny ,I am thinking of investing like 200$ into bitcoin but seeing the downfall in it should I go for the investment for a good future roi
I don't think this is a good time to invest in bitcoin. Now that the encryption market is collapsing, the prices of all crypto currencies are falling, and I think that will continue. What we need to do now is to wait patiently.
