Bitcoin doesn't only give you some savings by choosing not to pay for payment providers' services, for a smaller casino, Bitcoin could also give you a sort of regulatory arbitrage. You can operate in a region where other casinos can't because those fiat payment providers won't grant them banking services. But with Bitcoin, you can't be censored.
Although, it will only work with smaller casinos, if the casino's operation becomes larger, the regulators will probably start to notice. It's the same sort of situation with exchanges.
