I replied to you in our other thread. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=319540.msg60951738#msg60951738
We don't have a 24/7 support line so if customers fail to secure their accounts I'm not sitting here 24/7 to stop withdrawals. You should also remember that you personally can't receive support because you are blocked for spamming me relentlessly with lies.
Do not ignore him of course, but do ignore the idea that he might actually have something to say. It is clear that he is just spamming and we customers do not care about what he is willing to say. It is clear that we couldn't really give a damn about what one person says and check that person and see that he is spamming and decide to go on with the website anyway.

I personally used autobet so many times so far and even though I did lose Cheesy. I didn't lose because of any technical errors and I have been here for many years now, so it is not really a big deal at all for me, it is totally fine and I can tell people that it is working and ignore that person easily.

People believe his statement on spamming because he says that is the case.  The fact of the matter is I provided multiple screen shots and to acknowledge there was a problem would be admitting many players were ripped off.  I still have screen shots but do not know how to display them in the forum.  His claims on multi account abuse was debunked as he accused Ken Reau and me being the same person.  I provided proof he was in fact a real person with his very sad obituary.  No apologies or refund of the 0.025 that was seized from his account.  As I stated in my comment it's awfully odd how what happened to me is repeated over and over again on Trust Pilot from cheating games, balances ripped off, to smart rude and cocky customer service if and when a complaint receives a reply.  https://www.trustpilot.com/review/freebitco.in proves my complaints are valid.  Like I said if he admitted there was a problem for one he would be making adjustments to lots of accounts so he dismisses it all as spam and lies.  Blockchain.com is investigating the withdrawal and I would not be surprised if it did not lead to Freebitcoin itself.  I received a deposit of 100,000 Satoshis (Reward Points) to Okcoin.com and was told the next deposit from a gambling site would result in closure of the account so it's not as confidential as we might think.

Lies?  You are the liar and Trust Pilot proves it.  Few people even know of this review site but if they did there would be thousands of complaints.  More than 50% of the 658 reviews gives your site a score rating of "POOR" It's like a bunch of parrots repeating my exact complaints of cheating, theft of balances, and lousy service which has to be you.  You claimed that the Game Console works with 100% accuracy, and I complained about losses where the "Stop Loss" was completely ignored.  I gave you screen shots and never received anything but a hard time.  Since when are validated complaints considered "SPAM"?  Never was I compensated for proven losses and my messages did not go to spam until I mentioned I was communicating with FSC Enforcement and the appropriate government agencies in the UK since they are Sovereign over the British Virgin Islands.  I still have all the communications with them and they really wanted me to complete the complaint forms to the point where they followed up a couple times.  Then I was only down 0.08000000 in BTC.  Now that I am down -0.67149502 and you are talking to me like I am dirt maybe I should now push forward with complaints.  Julia Stoutt with Legal & Enforcement Division said at one time the BVI was a haven for internet casinos and it became illegal by the appropriate department in the UK and they either relocated or shut down.  I was promised possible refunds of all losses and up to and including arrests being made.  I forwarded these emails to you and you realized I was onto something and did not want to hear anything further.  So don't say I spammed you and that you corrected anything because you did not.  TheQuin will insult anyone who comes to this forum with a complaint because their business model is failing and for those who would like to take a peek at the sites rating with Trust Pilot here is the link:
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/freebitco.in

Now onto TheQuin's multi accounting abuse lie.  My friend Ken Reau, may he RIP became my referral.  He lived with me and created an account with his cell phone which has a different IP address made deposit of all his BTC earnings from various faucets with the goal of earning interest on his balance.  He tried the 100 spins at 1 Satoshi each (Now set at 1000000) and it showed he made a few satoshis.  He went in later to make a claim and realized over 0.01250+ had disappeared.  He's like WTF!  The history was too small on his phone to see what happened so we looked at his account on my laptop and with each bet 12,513 was spent on Jackpot bets.  He said he never clicked those.  He went in a few times to make his hourly claim and random jackpots were pre-clicked.  He would uncheck them and go back only to see they were checked again.  TheQuin I will assume said it was related to his device and he insisted on return of the bets he did not make, nor would he ever.  No response received.  He emails again and was told it was related to his device but that a special code was written to make sure it would not happen again.  How could they do that if it was related to his device and there were others who complained about the same issue.  No offer of compensation at all was made.  They exchanged some heated emails and TheQuin said you know you are in the US and it's illegal for you to be gambling and I am sending the police over there.  Ken said please do.  The next morning he was locked out of his account and his balance of over 0.01000000 was seized and was given the explanation of multi accounting abuse.  TheQuin went as far as to accuse me of being Ken.  He died in March due to an accidental drug overdose and here is his Obituary:  https://www.bruchfuneralhome.net/obituary/kenneth-ken-reau  So I will accept the due apology and the return of his balance to my account.  I had actually felt bad referring Ken to where I replaced what was lost only for it to literally be stolen.  Ken was working diligently to have Freebitcoin's social media accounts banned to stop self promotion of Internet Gambling since they are targeting US residents where it is Illegal and claims he had their Facebook account shut down twice and was working on Twitter & Instagram

Now I am speaking about the recent withdrawal from my account that was not authorized by me.  I never got an email for me to confirm or decline the withdrawal like I always did in the past which leads me to believe it was done internally.  Lot's of complaints on Trust Pilot of disappearing balances as well.  I would read those in disbelief thinking they had to confirm or decline them but now I am a believer.  Wallet #bc1qmlcw5qlsl8aedcqq92jse40yl7kfu6wgaga3g6 received my balance and doing a search on them they have received over 50 deposits totaling over 0.05000000.  My password is not stored on my computer and my Anti-Virus is supposed to stop Malware, Trojans, you name it.  This is the 3rd time my account with Freebitcoin has been hacked and considering what I have lost your site would be doing excellent having 40 million customers like me.  I did get email that funds were sent but never one authorizing withdrawal.  I request this and Ken's account balance that was wrongfully seized be returned to my account since I re-funded what was lost from the jackpot bets out of guilt for involving him with the site in the first place.  Anyone who seems to have a valid problem are belittled by email and when asked for account credits they are blocked as spam.  I have screenshots where it is clear as day what happened and deserved more than complaints but this is Spam?  Let's end this where it does not have to be a public matter on the forum by returning the 0.00224934 plus the BTC that was wrongly seized from Ken Reau to my account and let's just bury this matter.  12wLyW9GsCbss65hmSX8w9xAfanqEMLiq8 and this is not blackmail as you have indicated before.  It's just right and proper customer service.  I think losing -0.67149502 is enough.  What was withdrawn from my account was the first time I won anything of significance and then lose that by no fault of my own.  Hoping this is the last time I have to ask for something that is rightfully mine.

I only play free rolls and my wof spins. I dont gamble. I won't show anything of my account. If you dont believe me then it is ok. I withdraw all my BTC because I moved them to an exchange where i could get between 4-8% apr on my BTC. But after Celsius and other companys started to struggle I got them out and back to freebitco.in. I'm now happy with the 4% and will probably leave them there for a long time. I bought the fun tokens about 3 months ago.

It isn't that he doesn't believe you. His intent is purely and simply to spread lies about us.

Even leaving money on deposit to collect interest is risky.  That is what I was doing.  I lost nearly 1 whole bitcoin to the site mainly from auto bet settings being ignored.  You come here to complain because message through their site are mainly ignored and then TheQuin just insults people who complain.  I did not lie.  My balance was withdrawn, and I never got an email to confirm it.  If I did not confirm it then it was unauthorized.  I provide address to person who made withdrawal and then I see where he posts previous reported but ignored problems from 2019 as a means of deflecting blame and to make the customer look bad.  Imagine spending over $20k with the site, you got a problem and get a response like this:

Quote from: Dean101448 on April 07, 2019, 04:51:12 PM
Your site states:  We receive hundreds of emails everyday and do not have the resources (Because we are an operation of 1 Person) to reply to all of them, so we have a policy of not responding to emails asking questions that have already been answered on this page.

I also don't have time to read this shit.

You also stated in an email that most emails go to your spam~

No. I said your emails go to spam.

You seem to struggle with understanding the English language and that inhibits your ability to comprehend what I have told you which explains why I no longer have to waste trying to get things through your thick skull.

Such professionalism to a customer who lost over 0.67 BTC and so many game glitches.  Auto Bet control panel ignored settings dozens of times but am told they work with 100% accuracy.  Random jackpot bets were clicked on cell phone and he is told it's his device but they were able to fix it.  He received no compensation from this glitch nor did the many others who complained about the same thing.  Then tells my friend the Police is on the way to the house because it's illegal to bet from the U.S.  Next day Freebitco.in stole close to 0.02 BTC at one time worth over $1300.00 on fake claims of multi accounting abuse.  I was accused of being my friend Ken Reau who died 03/23/2022 for which I provided TheQuin the link to the obituary.  No apologies or refunds though.  They are always right and the customer is always wrong.  When you go to Trust Pilot review site you see out of 658 reviews over half of them are negative.  Are these lies?  https://www.trustpilot.com/review/freebitco.in

Win up to $200.00 every hour claiming free bitcoin.  Out of nearly 30k spins I have never won $20 let alone $200 and some would say this is mathematically impossible.  With Freebitco.in I always pay for my mistakes even when they are not my fault well I want the 0.00224934 put back in my account because I did not authorize it.  They have been delaying withdrawals due to financial problems obviously because there was no security measures taken when sending my balance to:  bc1qmlcw5qlsl8aedcqq92jse40yl7kfu6wgaga3g6 so now put it back.  Never confirmed it.

I approached you professionally and with courtesy asking that you stop the withdrawal but as usual I get insulted and lots of grief.  Feel like I am playing games at a carnival.  To bring up stories from 3 years ago that makes me look like nothing but a complainer and you never resolved a single issue so no need to pat yourself on the back.

I approached you with a valid complaint that someone withdrew my account balance and I never got an email to confirm the withdrawal.  My password is not stored on the computer and is written on index card.  This was done the 2nd time my account with Freebitcoin was targeted.  I have 2 layers of protection on my laptop to prevent hacking, malware and more that obviously failed.  I wrote customer service many hours before the withdrawal was sent and you address the matter by posting unresolved complaints from 2019.  I suggest you remove them.  You know who made the withdrawal:  bc1qmlcw5qlsl8aedcqq92jse40yl7kfu6wgaga3g6  If there was real customer service available to serve your 40M members this could have, should have been stopped.  I have NEVER won anything from your site and lost nearly a whole Bitcoin.  When I reached 100,000 points I redeemed them for Satoshis and had the deposit sent to Okcoin.com and received an email that deposits from gambling websites are not allowed and could result in account closure.  So Bitcoin addresses are not as private as thought.  With the 3rd theft of my account related with your company it's time for action.  It's a Cybercrime and must be reported and investigated.  I used forms of contact to your site and went above and beyond by posting in the forum only to be insulted with complaints I made where no resolution was made.  This time there needs to be a resolution and I want the 0.00224934 BTC restored in my account because I never received email to confirm this withdrawal.  This is a very small request when you figure I am down -0.67151380.  When will I win a prize beyond the basic hourly roll after 26,947 claims.  I also proved Ken Reau was indeed a person that lived with me though you accused me of pretending to be him.  The deposits to his account was sent from my Coinbase account and should therefore be returned to me between the unplaced jackpot bets and the amount confiscated for what was called multi accounting abuse which clearly was not true.  He was so angered by it all that he claims he had your Facebook account shut down twice and was working on Twitter & Instagram.  He was constantly reminded of what happened every time he saw me make a claim.  In his honor I should follow up with these sites.  He said he did not want to see anyone else become a victim like him.  Yes, there is a Fentanyl epidemic in the U.S. for sure and he got a bad batch.  I would tell him this stuff is not made in a lab and the people that sell it do not care about repeat business.  You would not be able to understand the trauma of trying to revive him using two Narcan's, CPR, chest compressions and then the expenses left behind.  He lived with me for 12 years.  The only positive thing that came out of it is 3 dealers are in jail for Reckless Homicide and will all get a prison sentence.  So let's please stop the insults and let's come to a resolution on this matter.  I never confirmed this withdrawal and therefore it's unauthorized and if necessary, we need to get the law involved as this is the 3rd time my account has been attacked with Freebitco.in and it's looking fishy.

I will try and delete them.  I lost my page and could not find where I left off.  I did message the site.  A couple years ago there was a small dispute so I cannot PM him.  I really hope this scamster doesn't get the funds.  That is like 5 months of claims at 100 Sats per hour and a little bit of bets here and there.  Because of stuff like this I agree BTC should be regulated.  Another time my entire balance was wagered in a single bet.  How is a withdraw made and I did not get a email to confirm it.  Something fishy.
Show us screenshots!

Have never figured how to do that.

Pls combine all messages in 1 posts as right now all your posts are scattered and it is difficult to follow your story. Try also to contact them via the site and send a PM to TheQuin on this forum to explain your case and he will look into it. Good luck!

Attn:  TheQuin
Somehow my account has been hacked and I need the withdrawal on my account #10147306 cancelled.  They withdrew my entire balance in instant withdrawal and having sent to bc1qmlcw5qlsl8aedcqq92jse40yl7kfu6wgaga3g6 This is not me.  They are trying to steal my 0.00224934 which is the most I ever won from the site as I am down 0.67.  Please help me and cancel this withdrawal.  I never even got an email to verify the with withdrawal with a confirm like I usually do.  You will surely see it was not done from my IP.  They did Instant which I never use either.  I have just been plugging away collecting interest and doing little bets here and there.  I would be grateful.  I have Malwarebites so don't know how this happened.  I just did new password and 2FA for further protection.  This person shows a history of about 50 deposits totalling 0.05.  Please stop the withdrawal and return to my balance.

I will do new password as well.  If I make withdraw I have always received a email pressing to confirm or reject.  Do you think I will be helped?  Not like there is a way to report it fast.
Have you try to send them a message through the contact form, in the FAQ section of the site? It's the best way to contact them IMO.
BTW you need to enter your 2FA or your password to change the address of withdrawing if I'm not mistaken. If someone has made a withdrawal to another address, it means he knows your password.
Yes Password changed, 2FA added.  I did message them through FAQ but never usually get replies.  This user (Scammer) used instant withdrawal but it shows it's under review so I got to hope TheQuin sees my message and can stop it.  There is a way you can look up a BTC address for scams and this user has received like 50 withdrawals totaling .05.  I reported use on the site for scam.  Got to wonder if they used address to make withdrawals from other users.  One time someone bet my entire balance in 1 bet and I changed password and got the Malware for protection.
Yes usually they don't make withdrawals on all the accounts they hack, they wager the balance of the victims and only make withdrawals on accounts where the balance is large enough, in order to be less easily spotted. That's what the admin has already said if I remember correctly. That's why it's surprising to see a hacker making all those withdrawals to the same address. What is this address by the way? I hope it will be blacklisted.

This is the address stealing my balance if they get away with it.  bc1qmlcw5qlsl8aedcqq92jse40yl7kfu6wgaga3g6

What malware did you find?

I just have Malwarebites software that's supposed to protect me from this.  One time someone placed a single bet for my entire balance and then hacked my coinbase account for $500 coming from Russia and Australia.  Freebitco.in could see I did not do it but offered no solution other than changing password and I had to do chargebacks with Coinbase which led to them closing my account permanently.  Just really stinks as this is first time I win I mean I am down 2/3rd's of a bitcoin with the site and it's one thing if I lose it recklessly and quite another when a person steals it.

Have you set up the 2FA security on your account? You must activate it if you have a balance of a significant amount, that is to say you can't afford to lose. That's the best safety measure you can take actually. I hope for you the transaction is still pending and hasn't been broadcasted yet.

It shows pending and under review that it could take up to 24 hours.  I have a very secure password.  Why didn't I get an email authorizing this like I always do.  No one I can really contact and must hope TheQuin can stop it.  I will set the 2FA.  It's over 200k Satoshis.  May not seem like a lot but took long time to accumulate and I am getting 100 Sats per hour.
2FA is activated on my account so I can't say if it's the same for accounts not using it, but personally I only receive an email once the withdrawal has been processed, with a link of the transaction on the blockchain, it's just a notification actually. In addition this notification can be disabled in the settings of the account, so if someone is accessing your account he can disable it. You should change your password ASAP IMO.
I will do new password as well.  If I make withdraw I have always received a email pressing to confirm or reject.  Do you think I will be helped?  Not like there is a way to report it fast.

Anyone want to take a guess how long Freebitco.in will go without compulsory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification? It has become a trend for sites to go without it for many years and then suddenly they change business model or they make KYC requirements compulsory.  Roll Eyes

As long as it is still legally possible to run an unlicensed site and not to implement KYC. We opened other sites that are licenced as a sort of insurance against it ever becoming impossible because we don't want to change Freebitco.in.

I appreciate the courteous reply.  I do know that Lottery & Rewards are earned 1 per 500 Satoshis and I have my account set to receive points instead of lottery and with all my wagering I had 192k in Lottery tickets yet 130k in points plus there were hourly claims so the reward points should of exceeded the lottery tickets.  I really would think 8 cents in BTC bet 8M Satoshis should of activated maximum bonus but did not even move to the next level.  Was this changed?  Then with the hourly claims I noticed with each 1.00% bonus acheived I was getting 33 hourly claims, then down to 20, then down to 12 most of today and now down to 10.  It is so hard to earn the extra bonus and now it's being exhausted faster than ever.  I will have no chance to recover a fraction of what was lost.   Also note the 8 Million Sats wagered turned into close to 50 Million so certainly this should of advanced me to maximun bonus or at least several more Satoshi bonuses with the hourly claim.   Doesn't seem fair.  Please advise me on this.

I am wondering how many solid bitcoins must be wagered to achieve the maximum bonus.  Based on me having 458 enties for the Lambo this means that 229 Million Satoshis were wagered and yet only 1 and a partial bonus was activated meaning I have 100% of a 21 Satoshi increase and 1.71% of an additional 21 Satoshis.  I recall wagering much less and maxing out the bonus and would like to know what happened.  Furthermore the bonus points and the next bonus percentage were stuck and not changing.  Usually when playing the game the number spin super fast yet later today they were spinning super slow which can only mess up the algorithim.  I deposited 8 Million Satoshis or 8 BTC and should of obtained maximum rewards many times over from what I hear from other players but did not.  I don't want to say there is a manual setting on my account but with this much play I should have came out ahead and more times than not the opposite of what I play Hi or Low the oposite comes up more times than not.  Please help me out.  I did not come here to get ridiculed.  It seems like anyonw who complains gets just that.  There is something wrong with my account.  You would really think with 8 separate deposits of pretty much 1 BTC cent I would hava came out ahead but everytime the deposit is sucked up and I am not seeing the 47.50% win rate.  Wish I could trade all my lottery tickets of 185k and the all my Lambo tickets in for 11 cents in BTC as there is NO Way I will win either one.  Please help a loyal player who has spent thousands with your site with no matcfh or deposit bonuses whatsoever.  Thank you!

You can try reputation board if you wanted to. If you want to post image you'll need to become a Jr. Member or you can buy Copper Member status. As an alternative if you don't want to do it, you can post your image url instead of using the image tag.

Thank you for the advice.  I am getting emails from someone in charge of this forum, name unknown which is strange that all my posts are being deleted.  If you have a complaint against Freebitco.in it's not allowed on this forum.  "No Truth Allowed" in this forum.  The forum either gets money from Freebitco.in or is operated by Freebitco.in.  I can only state the truth on Social Media's which I do agressively.  Preparing complaint to the DOJ - Division of Gaming Enforcement in the Virgin Islands, Twitter account suspension, and I still have a few more aces up my sleeve.  When I am done they will wish they looked at the many screen prints they were sent and their replies were insultive in nature and even included foul language.  They act like they are Invincible in my opinion.  I don't look to them for any type of refund of bets lost due to their 100% accurate gaming console not working though I have proof I am owed plenty.  I now only seek the demise of Freebitco.in now and in the next few business days a Licensed Attorney will be contacting Cloudfare, their hosting company to explain how they could be liable for millions of dollars as they are indirectly assisting Freebitco.in in breaking International Anti-Gaming Laws.  All IP Addresses where Internet Gambling is Illegal is supposed to be blocked.  I did talk to Cloudfare myself and they said they offer hosting to many online casinos and offer services to block IP's where Internet Gambling is Illegal and it's the Casinos responsibility to pay for this service but Freebitco.in will take money from anyone, even a child, and this is going to STOP!

This is not the appropriate board to discuss your issue. I just looked at your profile quickly and it looks like you're spamming the board with your accusations. May I suggest that you go to the official board here: Scam Accusations and open a thread and bring all your proof and evidence.

I appreciate your kind direction here.  Not trying to spam anyone.  This prominent forum member "Quinn" has emailed me vulgarities, insulting me as a "Bible Basher", a muppet, Imbecile, making fun of me being disabled, made accusations that I am trying to "Blackmail" and much more.  Where do I go to report that as well.  They gave me the link to this forum by email and I told them that was a mistake.  I want to post all email and screen shots and do not see a way to do that.

that's crazy. which is funny to read your answer to the question.
Maybe bots and increase the number of lottery tickets, but not as much as you see it)) to Buy lottery tickets bottom made no sense, it was not profitable, and not necessarily, on the contrary, the majority of Botero disconnected the function of getting lottery tickets and received more rewards points.

What is funny is you being completely wrong. What I said was exactly what was happening. The immediate sharp decrease in the number of tickets when they stopped doing it shows that for everyone to see.

Now that I gave Freebitcoin of a screenshot post using their exact words of F**K and I am a bible basher stating I have Jesus on my side on FB they replied that I am a Sad Case.  Once again a personal attack on me as a person when i provided them screen shots that were captured from their site as proof of my claim.  Freebitcoin being from the Virgin Islands will go through any resort to get money.  First they are probably operating without a Gaming License as I asked for proof of this and they refused to comply, a large amount of Heroin comes from their country which contibutes to the worldwide Opiate Epidemic, most off shore gambling sites  are from their locale so they will do anything for money.  Even if they have to steal it.  Their vulgar language to a customer who was cheated out of over 8 BTC Cents through malfunctioning games needs your second and third look if you really should do any kind of business with them.

ROFL.

The only licensing authority to recognise provably fair is Curacao and that license is completely worthless as they don't verify anything and issue it to anyone that pays for it.

You tried to blackmail us by reporting us to the FBI based on some screenshots that just show you lost at gambling. When that failed you tried to blackmail us by threating to ruin our reputation from your FB account. You can hardly be surprised that I don't extend courtesy to someone that does that.
You're not getting a refund on your gambling losses. You can't prove you were cheated simply because you were not. Your attempts at blackmail are pathetic and telling of your character.

Inappropriate Language, Misuse of the term "Bible Basher" is very telling of your character too.  You referred to me as a Muppet which is from the Sesame Street which was probably the extent of your education.  From what I read on the Virgin Islands they cannot make money honestly so they traffic Heroin spreading the Opiate Epidemic and disregard gambling jurisdictions.  I did clearly prove your site cheated me you are just too stupid to see what was put before your eyes.  Everything I promised will happen and now I am adding DIVISION OF GAMING ENFORCEMENT of the Department of Justice in the Virgin Islands to the equasion.  As stated before you have lost a lot of business over my public complaints and if I could post screen shots with this post the readers would see that I am telling the truth and you all are liars.
