Then people will use mixing services that actually respect peoples privacy (Tor based). Also would you do that for dollar bills too? Every dollar that every got stolen gets a big red mark on it, nice idea, wont take long untill all dollars are red

Re: [ANN] Cointube.net Bitcoin Video News Site - Submit a video and win 0.1 BTC!
Congratulations, it's a nice idea. I had no idea there were so many vids about BTC, but I wonder if you'll be able to find new videos every single day.
I will try my best i think for the last 90 days there were at least one video worth posting for each day. Not sure yet, but i think i will also add old videos, but then i will just backdate the postings to when the videos were published. There were many interessting talks on the bitcoin conference in san jose for example.

[ANN] Cointube.net Bitcoin Video News Site - Submit a video and win 0.1 BTC!

Since a few month there are many news, interviews and talks about bitcoin posted on youtube. But there is also alot of spam, so its sometimes hard to find relevant new videos. Thats why we created http://cointube.net/, a news website where we are going to collect the best bitcoin youtube submissions.
You can use this thread to submit youtube links to us and we will add the best videos to cointube.net on a daily basis! We will pay 0.1 BTC every week to the person who submited the best video for the week (that decision is up to us), so dont forget to add your BTC address to your posting.
Rules:
- Only new videos which have been posted on youtube recently (max. 7 days ago). - Check cointube.net if the video already exists before you post

Re: tormail status...?

Tormail is down because the owner got arrested by the FBI, so better dont use it anymore.
US authorities are seeking the extradition of a 28-year-old Irishman described in the High Court by an FBI special agent as "the largest facilitator of child porn on the planet."
Eric Eoin Marques appeared before Mr Justice Paul Gilligan on foot of an extradition request by the FBI, which alleges he is involved in the distribution of online child pornography.
Not really bitcoin related, but since alot of bitcoin users are using tormail its worth posting i guess.

He is doing some SEO for me. So far it has been very good with one site moving from google page 6+ to page 1-2 (depending on location). Best investment so far compared to other seo or advertising.

Use bitcoin-qt on a new pc/laptop you only use for bitcoin.
Imagine most bitcoin users use blockchain, even for large amounts, now imagine the server gets hacked and it goes unnoticed for a few weeks, while all private keys of logged in users get transfered to the hackers. Bitcoin would be dead then.
People still dont get that centralized/decentralized thing, sucks

Re: Where to invest 25,000 USD - LTC or BTC?

I would invest in bitcoin, i dont see any value in litecoin, few users, nearly no merchants, few exchanges, not much development / developers. If litecoin becomes successful it will be only because bitcoin becomes extremely super sucessful.
