You can sell your ERC-20 coins in any exchange, depends on the exchange the coin you want to sell is trading. Exchange like kucoin, binance, uniswap are good for selling altcoins. Check through coingecko.com or CoinMarketCap to know where the coin is trading, so as to know the right exchange to execute the trade.

Keeping asset offline is the best as you are the only one who have access to your wallet, I always make use of trust wallet and imtoken, both works well, fast and also easy to understand.

Thanks for sharing, this is the first time am hearing about the exchange but will look into the exchange as soon as possible. But in addition, trading on binance, kucoin, probit is always cool and easy aswell, especially when using mobile app.

Both is OK for, so I will invest in both, investing in gold for me is somehow safer and better because nothing like loosing money when u invest in gold, only if u lose the asset.
