News are on social media, not much is posted here. Credits are very cheap at the moment.
Is there any progress in development? What new are you talking about exactly? I don't think there is much going on with CRDS right now, but would love to hear anything from dev.
Hopefully the project won't die. I've mined a lot of CRDS and still hold them, never sold... Tracking how things are going in Discord.

For me Ethereum is absolute pioneer, the project that brings innovation and adoption. GPU mining and ICO craziness both brought so much adoption to crypto, way more than other projects. Countless projects based on Eth will help it to move forward!

Yes, Vitalik is very valuable asset. I wish I've participated in this "scam" ICO and was patient enough to wait several years.
Bitcoin and Ethereum are very different but ETH has good chances to beat BTC IMO (I think the advanced tech will make it possible)
main altcoins advantages are:
1) Built in VM, allowing to make complicated smart contracts (allowing transparent ICOs, DEX, games, etc etc)
2) Fast transactions = high TPS output. You don't need to wait 5-180 mins for just 1 BTC confirmation (ok, it's 10 min average blocktime )
3) Anonymity code implementation, built in (Monero, Zcash etc)

I strongly believe that every single market can be manipulated and is manipulated so the most smart participant will take advantage of that manipulation. Whole crypto market is manipulated (tether things etc) but it's not that bad IMO...
It's a good time to invest in NEO, because the price is going up. NEO is very good project and it's getting better and better every day. I think soon the price will be way over 200$
In a positive environment NEO will reach higher price for sure and it's a very good buy. More NEO startups = better infrastructure. NEO is still very far from ETH development level but it's doing good progress!

I sold off my half million stake about a year and a half ago. I acquired it for $60, doing some pre-release stake trading back and forth on NXT to reduce the price from the face value... Then I sold it for $600 a few months later, feeling like I was a genius.
NOW IT WOULD BE WORTH NEARLY A MILLION DOLLARS!!!
It's one of the biggest woulda/coulda/shoulda sob stories of my life, next to not getting an MD/PhD.
It doesn't matter that the original dev was something of a con artist -- everybody who kept NEM alive, like KODTycoon or whatever his name was, well, you guys were on the right track. And I was an asshole. And still am.
But I want to give credit where its due and congratulate all you guys who held your stashes. Good work, you've earned it.

Price keeps going down, no news from Binance.
Binance said it will list it soon. What we are expecting now is kucoin processing the deposits
Great news about the binance listing. I think price is decreasing a bit now because of Kucoin deposit issues and will recover once the problems will be solved!

around jan 28 i guess be patient we will get there.. i think the purpose it is release as the main net release because a wallet will also be release.
I guess bounty campaign was closed after ICO was closed. And it happened long time ago. Bounty participants must be very happy, they will receive incredible rewards!

To answer OP question we need to compare technical specs of these 2 project. It's easy to guess that ETH won't reach same price as BTC just because a lot of ETH is created every block and total supply is much bigger!
I think Bittrex will sort it out soon, they tend to leave things a bit to make sure that there are no problems, it was never going to stay up at the $20 levels this long, might go back up long term but at the current price it doesn't really matter when we get them or not as it's not worth dumping at this level unless you need to cash now, holding for a bit makes more sense.
Sure don't worry. Bittrex is VERY busy with scaling problems right now, be patient. And NXT showed itself as very good project, IGNIS will be good too, I'm sure.
