Which jurisdiction would allow to enforce this kind of ownership?
None, most RWA projects seem to be run ignorant people thinking that they have found a new way, or they are targeting ignorant people are lying about it.
RWA's however are a thing, but they haven't yet tackled all the law issues, and i am not sure they can on most parts of the world.

And i have a hard time to believe that any government would change such a radical way that they would approve just transferring a token as a valid contract.

If am looking for a passive income source, staking on defi project is what I would never trust my capital with. I may not have had the disappointing experienced before, but I have seen people talking about the disadvantage and disappointment that they have had because they staked their token with high APY but the token value was  worthless and despite that they had billions of the token from rewards on the staking they did not still sell it at a good value which made the whole process a waste of time.


Exactly, some a very trustable , some not.

An assets backed yield, is a good solution & can in somes area reach 20%, without leveraging it.

We know our stuff, we source premium assets handled by experienced partners.

That digital real estate thing is just imaginary project introduce to people and I don't really get the point on why people would buy that since I believe there's nothing to get from that kind of project.

Hello Hello, this is not true anymore. Maybe at early stage of tokenization yes it was the case. Now the systems & DTC are recognized & provide real proof of ownership.

There is multiple points to address here :

1. I will rather buy physical real estate asset which I can see its existence also have valid documents rather than buying those imaginary things

thats true when you look at 99% of the project. it is hard to see where a coming from the properties, & even if mostly takes there users as money bags, the deal is still here, they still have there yield, & proof of ownership. We are not the first doing it, in 2 years most of competitors tokenized more than 60M worth of assets? It is as Real as any other project. It is not has perfect has BTC but it works.

3. Some poeple dont access to ownership how they want), banks(juridictions) of budget issues. Allowing anyone to get access from one USD & mostly from anywhere, isnt something utile?

Also, having already a pool of property that you can, if you finance giving you the opportunity, paying directly in crypto, without need of passing by fiats? That is also what bringing a web3 Real Estate protocol.
