Lol. same. Either that or in aeronautics. Then I wanted to get into a medical school for Veterinary Sciences. Then I wanted to be a physicist. Became none of those. Cheesy No I want to open up an animal shelter here and work on promoting veganim in my region

There is no definite answer for that. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I think Psiphon is decent and the speed issue you're reporting could well be because of your internet or your protocol (IKEv2 vs TCP for instance) or the distance from the server (the closer, the faster).
