I'm a little confused about this system, it's too simple. For a service that plans to cooperate with banks of European scale, it's too simple.

The Platform that we are creating will allow Banks, Credit Institutions and all types of P2P lending platforms to connect with the world of cryptocurrencies which they already have their eyes laid upon. The platform will deliver the so - called "White Label Solution" which basically means that these lending entities can incorporate it within their system as if it is their own invention and even rebrand it. This saves a lot of resources like time, energy and money. I hope you understand the value the project is aiming to deliver to all participants in the lending process.

If I invest money here. And the borrower will be unfair. How will the issue of the sale of collateral and debt repayment be resolved?

Depository Network's Platform will make sure there isn't a neglected side which will happen through the Smart Contract implementation or DEPO Escrow contract (for assets without Smart Contract support). This means that in order for the Borrower to receive his collateral back, he must return his debt, otherwise he won't be able to do so.
Depository Network will also offer a legal service for cases which cannot be negotiated between the Lender and the Borrower.

The maximum loan amount that you can take will depend on the specific lender. Every one of the lenders within Depository Network will have their own demands and offers when it comes to the contract.

Softcap is actually the target needed for the successful completion of the ICO. Softcap is 2.6 million USD whilst we have already collected around 1 million USD. After we reach the Softcap any difference between it and the Hardcap will result in a massive token burn.

DEPO is a utility token. It will be used by Lenders and Borrowers within the platform mainly for paying fees. As for the exchanges, this will be announced after the end of the ICO.
