It would be good if the ICO projects would pay to bounty participants with fiat money. But I think for them it is easier to pay with tokens than Fiat, because if they do so, in fact it is the investors who are paying to bounty participants, because those tokens influents on the token price, and reduce investors income.

Many ICO projects were created in order to benefit the creators of tokens and do not have future development, so last year there was a HYIP and on the tokens it was possible to do good money, and now they are not worth much and are not going to grow.

There are many new altcoins and creators try to improve their characteristics so that they can compete with other. In addition, without altcoins, there would not be as many new ICOs in which bounty members and investors can earn on them.

Сразу после выхода на рынок цена на токены меняется, будет или скачек вверх или движение вниз. В основном цены идут вниз потому что нет позитивных факторов которые будут влиять на увеличение ценности токенов, токены продаются а скупать их по высоким ценам  никто не хочет.

 Криптовалютам нужны общие правила, потому что сейчас в каждой стране вопросы регулирования решаются по-своему и не в полном обеме.

I invested 0,5 ETH in ICO which wanted to make a new Skype, only cheaper, they had a working application that somehow worked, but they turned out to be scammers and all my money was gone:)

I think that everything depends on how much a person cares about the safety, everyone has a choice, you can store your money so that it will be impossible to steal them, and you can click to the links in your mail and enter your private keys there, it seems to me that in 99% cases people themselves are to blame for their stolen funds.

Вообще рипл как по мне это гадость какая-то, я не совсем понимаю какой банк будет покупать его для того чтобы заплатить другому банку если цена постоянно скачет? Ну хорошо, можно сказать что это проблем всей крипты и с тем же можно придраться и к битку, но рипл не децентрализованный, а это уже против самого принципа криптовалют.

А вообще есть ли проекты которые делают что-то подобное? Они вроде как конкуренты BAT, только с рыночной капитализации этого конечно не видно что они какую-то конкуренцию на данном этапе составляют Я слышал о проекте и о идее которую они хотят сделать, как по мне так эта идея одна из лучших для ICO о которых я слышал, надеюсь что они когда-то в топ coinmarketcap попадут.

Там особо то и нечего переводить, смысл всего их анонса в том что: "Нам тяжело, но мы работаем! Конкретно ничего не скажем!"
