I don't think Paypal has changed its policy in regards bitcoin though the is widespread rumours that Paypal will be integrating Bitcoin. As as I'm concerned Paypal banned transition involving bitcoin.

Personally, I haven't used bitcoin mixer before but I once read an article on bitcoin.com on bitcoin mixer. The piece recommends bitmix.biz as the best. You can check it to see if it is what you are looking for.

The are many beautiful affiliate programs involving crypto though, I don't think there's does not require registration. If any I am not aware. I would also like to know if they exist.

I don't see this is a form of mixing. I believe for proper mixing a mixing site has to be involved. In you case you are just using different addresses to do your transactions.

If you are talking butterfly labs the company that produce mining equipment,  the company is still running. The I once so a site going by a similar name a while back I think it was a scam and it disappeared.

I prefer buying Bitcoin than mining. Bitcoin mining is expensive as it requires a lot of energy to run the rigs. I don't have the resources so I opt for buying.
