Why you?
I've been involved in many forums, and I've done a ton of social media campaigns. I can guarantee growth, or you'll receive all of your money back.1
Other-
I will not pay for the cost of the giveaways commonly found in my growth strategies. However, giveaway costs will only usually cost around 2*my payment. Meaning if I'm paid $300, giveaways will only add on another $550 or so.

A precise growth plan will be made based on your budget and aggressiveness in the campaign. 14 days usually start at $40, and will gain you at least 5,000 real engagement followers.
30 days gives us more time to plan, but the same growth plan will be implemented. 30 days is typically better for users/sites will a bigger budget, and is therefore $100 at minimum. Guaranteed engagement is harder to predict for this, details are always discussed and enforced by an escrow.
