I went through some PM's and verified with someone and I think @Developer did lost his telegram access. So I have removed my feedback.
At this point you both are not trying to bend to solve the issue. Deal being public or private isn't a problem. It would be same problem even if forum accounts get hacked in middle. How would you verify he is the same? I suggest at this point you stake your address (if not staked) and carry over your deals with messages signed from your BTC address. That is what I think is safe way to conduct now.
I am done with this issue and its all upto both of you now.

I am a bit skeptic if he is a scammer or not. Be aware that i also bought that phone number for telegram, i will look into my conversation to post it. The seller can take the number for his own use at any moment, telegram used to be more safe in the past.

Azart is a shitcoin that got attacked and refused to complete the swap from the looks of it. Thank God for crypto winter it will kill scams and projects like these. CB is a decent exchange , have used it before with no issues.

Is everyone blind, cryptobridge just scammed the users lol. They dont care about their community or the errors in their code, they care only about fees.
May I know how even if your system ask for 20 confirmations they still could do a double spent? Who's fault is here?

All this is very suspicious and nobody with clear mind will use such service. Also you are asking money in advance... I'm really sorry for that guy who lost $100, because of your scammy thread (I'm more than sure,that you are not going to send him that money back) Your tag was much more than deserved.
My kind of deals can't be escrowed so easily. It just can't. I am quite sure that 90% of the current customers of mine won't be able to use an escrow speaking of how they deal with me.
Scammers, paying only the first half and forgive after they receive the product, people that remain without money and pay afterwards or people that always want more. It just can't work.

When he wrote me first time on discord, he proposed 100$ for the job, instead of 0.15 that was my ask. I have not worked for him or care about him.

One (or possibly both) of these two users is either confused, or not telling the truth.My understanding of the timeline for this incident goes something like:
- polypusx talked to "someone" on Telegram using Telegram account advertised in Developerx11 thread
- polypusx and "someone" negotiated a deal and polypusx sent BTC to "someone"
- polypusx starts scam thread
- Developerx11 claims he no longer has access to that Telegram
- Developerx11 admits that because he had left that Telegram account on his thread, he would cover the loss
- Shit fight develops because Developerx11 wants to use discord, and polypusx wants to stay in public on BCT forum
Proposed Solution:
- polypusx should post a BTC address in this thread
- Developerx11 should sent the agreed amount of BTC to that address
- polypusx can change the thread title to "RESOLVED" and then lock the thread
- Any "red tags" left because of THIS scam accusation should be removed
- All users can get on with their lives
You missed a part, he got on me on my telegram profile a week probably before my telegram was lost. He refused to accept me to work for him.
After that whoever owns the telegram number i bought online, sent him a message like: Hello fellow, I will work for you and develope a new square wheel 100% perpetuum mobile.
@getpaid yes i know, i am acting weird but he never sent a shit coin to me... I am seen as some one who scammed him, but he didn't sent a shit coin to me..
