I think Binance Chain is too much old than Forkdelta. Whatever, Etherdelta and Forkdelta both of old but still the most using decentralised exchanges and still huge popular. But i also agree Binance DEX is so famous exchange. But still i'm not use to this exchange. Specially all of the newbies start with forkdelta and also idex exchange which one is more effective. But i using idex from a lot of months ago and sometimes going in forkdelta.

before you make sure that the coin is good or not, you should convince yourself before joining the project from the start. after you get the token from the bounty campaign you can wait for it to be registered on the exchange market. the problem of selling or holding assets that you own is your personal right.

actually a good strategy depends on the situation, I mean if you face when the market goes down you can't just buy it right away, it could be just a trap. the market is experiencing a decline and you are buying away from the calculation. you will feel confused, I always wait when the market goes down, if I see there is no more possibility of a decline then I buy. and by the time I detained, that meant I lost almost 35% of my finances, but that happened when I was sleeping. lol
