Guys (those who are waiting for withdrawal for long time), I want to know what makes you play in this site?
Is there something really attractive that you cant find in other sites?
Complain of so slow withdrawal process keep coming every single week but there is no action from betop to improve it.

iam waiting 50 hours now.....you think this way is usefull? so in future i have to write here everytime to get 2mbtc?
Your withdrawal were processed, you can write ticket in support and it will be processed faster if there will be some delays. Limitations were applied due to terms and conditions violation as explained earlier.
Few winning bets and now i only allowed to withdraw is 1 (!!!!!) mbtc....you think thats ok? You wanna pay it out or? give me the rest of my money (25mbtc) and i close my account

They dont pay out any more. I have 25 mbtc there, now they decreade my payout- limit to 2 (!!!) MBTC.

You've already received overall 57mBTC of withdrawals($2100+ with current price) from us without any issues.
KYC process is present in our terms and conditions, it's just not mandatory and can occur not often only after some security concerns.
And information below will show why it were requested.
Secondly, regarding temporarily lowering your limits.
Our security team were monitoring betting activity, including yours for 2+ month period and found out multiple clear evidence(tens of times of occurrences) of coordinated betting with group of other users(overall <10 users of our platform), evidences includes constantly betting on the exact same selections with the same odds of same matches posted within few minutes of each others with this users group(always with participants of mentioned group, and not other users), and bunch of other evidence, which were rechecked and verified multiple times during times of investigation.
We want to underline, that this evidence is not just "users are betting on the same event/selection", but with constant verified patterns for particular group of users, which is not the same as other users betting on the same events and selections, which weren't affected anyhow.
This behavior is strictly prohibited by sportsbooks, and in our terms and conditions under Fraud and Collisions section:

Even though we encountered lot of losses from unfair behavior of this group, we didn't want to apply harshest punishments which are present in our terms, and giving ability to continue betting and making withdrawals with lowering limits for affected users. This limits could be increased after continuous monitoring from security team will not detect any coordinated betting activity of the group anymore.
We want to be clear and open with the community that's why the posts with details.

And to the case: 90% of the winnings were about friendly games in austria. There are 1-2 games/day in summer, so thats simple mathematic that few user (you wrote less then 10 person) have the same bets. Sorry, but how many bettors are here in austria? 20.000? 50.000? and you think 3-5 people who bets the same game are organised? and this people played here and not at the big bookies? Sorry, i cant understand this.
And my last withdraw is 5 days ago, the next one (2mbtc max of course) is still pending since thursday.
Hello, most of the users were payed without any KYC, only after security team get concerns it could be requested.
Your withdrawal have been processed already.
And as we explained again all users that just have the same bets with "simple mathematic" weren't affected, only those which got multiple evidence(tens of times) of exact same coordinated behavior over and over again. This behavior of particular group of users were verified with lot of evidence multiple times and strictly different from just some similar bets which can occur with recreational users.
You will see it after the summer with more offer that this isnt true. Best wish

And we haven't stated that we must complete verification within 24 hours, but we try to do it as fast as possible.
