Q3 has seen some exciting development and progress at DigitalNote. We have been fortunate in securing the services of M1chl to help the project reach the goals and objectives that the team has set.
One of the most important developments has been the success of writing a Mobile wallet for DigitalNote encompassing our wallet encrypted Messaging features. This allows our users to communicate securely with each other in real time.
The development of the Apps by M1chl has overcome many challenges that we were unable to solve in the past. The App is now available on the Google Play stores and on the Apple Store.
Some of the features that we now have built into the wallet include the following:
Cold Staking – This means that you can stake your XDN without having to keep your wallet open to benefit from earning rewards. Another effort in making sure that XDN works toward a greener future. Withdraw staking rewards – This is a feature that allows you to leave your main balance for staking and withdraw the rewards to your “spend” account for purchases or to send XDN to your friends. Allows for instant payments for purchases of goods and services. I kept and held xdn on the Bittrex exchange for the past few years.

UPDATE on latest wallet for Apple MAC: - DigitalNote-v1.0.3.8-Catalina.dmg will run on Catalina and Big Sur on the Intel Chips. M1 has not been tested. When the file downloads you may get a warning to discard the file or keep it. Select "keep" If the Mac says it cannot run the program click "cancel" and go to Settings>Security & Privacy >General> Allow anyway > then click open in the dialogue box.
For new users of the wallet, download the bootstrap to load the latest blockchain. This will help you sync with the blockchain quickly.
NOTE: Please rename your current XDN folder to XDN10 for instance and then create a new blank XDN folder. Extract these bootstrapped files to the new XDN folder. VERY IMPORTANT -->> copy your wallet.dat file from the XDN10 folder to this folder and start wallet. All these files are located in:

Option 1 Auto coin switch by profitability within algorithm with payment to wallet

If you haven't updated to v1.0.1.7 yet please do so (https://github.com/DigitalNoteXDN/DigitalNote-2/releases). This is the last planned mandatory update for awhile as future updates will be feature driven and wallet driven which will not require forks. Be sure to join us on Discord if you have any questions.
