I doubt most of the "legit" ICO advisors and Youtube influencers are lurking here. And besides, clients should be the one approaching and not them approaching you since they already influencers and not a new one.
Might want to try to contact them directly. Contact information can be found at their respective pages, if any, or thru YT channels.
There could be more but most of the youtube reviewers aren't in the forum. There are some but speaks their language. And also there is an ICO advisor I see here in the forum who is active in the announcement section. I see his signature all the time in ALT section. Experts willing to help spread awareness means you are looking for marketing experts, you would need an ICO advisor for that who knows how to market and has millions of audiences who are willing to invest. You can find youtube influencers who are going to provide reviews for your project and person who will set up your google advertising.
