Hello, is this service available for the USA?  If so I would love to try it out do you have a promo code?

I always try to not be ironic, but in this situation probably it will be.. Just answer me for one simple question: Is VISA accepted in your village, city, country? If yes, answer is yes!

some services do not  allow US customers to sign up.

Re: Trezor Imparts Advice on Securely Storing Bitcoin

$99 cost of Trezor is cheap for security you get. If you are really on a budget the new Ledger Nano S is only $64 on Amazon.

As I have said before.  If you don't have 100 dollars to invest in a hardware wallet then you aren't storing enough coins to justify that level of security anyway.

If you don;t have enough bitcoin to justify buying a hardware wallet like trezor then you are probabaly ok to store your coins in a more convinent place like blockchain.info. Yea the security is not as good(even though its preety good for a website) but security measures you take should be proportional to the amount you want to store.

we are getting closer to $590 so i say pretty much nobody left trading bitcoin and volumes are still as high as before.

and if anything, everybody is trying so much harder now to make up for what they have lost with bitfinex.

China still drives the market at this point.

imo bitfinex should sell majority ownership to someone say the winklevoss twins to recapitalize account holders.  Its really the only decent thing to do....not that I expect them to do the right thing.

Don't expect the price to respond.  If you believe in efficient market theory the halving is already priced in since everyone knows is going to  happen.

good that your problem was solved , but this is really a strange thing and they didn't answer why they blocked your IP
we are hearing more people complaining about online wallets , almost everyday a new topic is opened discussing issues about these sites especially blockchain
I'm not a big fan , but people should stop using these wallets

Well I do think online wallets have their place and blockchain.info has a great andriod app.  But I agree its best not to but a ton of money in them and use them like a checking account.

Thanks again for the help they e-mailed me back in 10 minutes and unbaned me....wonder why i was banned to being with.
Reply to the email they sent you and ask but i'm just happy to hear this all worked out well for you.

This should also be a lesson to you that you should always remove your coins offline when logging off for the day.
As long as you know how to create them securely paper wallets are a good creap option or i world advise you to invest in a Trezor, Lendger or any other hardware wallet that suites your needs.

Yea I keep my coins spread among  different locations. I keep some coin on blockchain.info because I prefer their andriod app and use it like a checking account.  I should probabaly get a good hardware wallet and keep some coin there too.

Perhaps you're using TOR? I've never had this problem before, but maybe Blockchain.info is now trying to prevent people from using their service for illegal purchases/services?

If this problem persists, I suggest you either:

1. Use a VPN if you really really like blockchain.info and will die without it
2. Use another online wallet like coinbase, or use bitcoin core.

Not using proxy, not using tor, not using a vpn.  I am not a spammer or hacker or anything like that.  I did e-mail them backasking why I was banned in the first place but they did not reply .  I am however fully unblocked now but it is strange I was blocked to begin with.

This is very strange.. I was using the site last night without an issue.  I am not using a proxy and I certainly have not been spamming.  Is there a chance I could have been hacked ?

I can't for the life of me think why I would ever be banned I have a few hundred dollar on the site.  I use their wallet as a checking account because of the ease of use...I seen their site go down from time to time but i've never been banned can you access the site ?

I went to the blockchain.info site and it says my ip is banned.  I went to use the wallet app and my pin doesn't work.  Is anyone else having problems with the site ?  Can someone try going there and tell me if they can access?

Thanks in advance.

Bitcoin is open source and it works why would the identity of satoshi matter at all in their decision to buy or sell bitcoin?
