For my entire participation i was rewarded with tokens which worth very few dollars. I have not even sold the tokens yet. I keep recieving Airdrop messages to join but i dont mind. may be it will be worth in the future but for now NO.

Re: what to do when the market is weakening now

I think the question is not clear, what to when the market is weakening now? As in what? Is it what to do when you have crypto currency to sell or what to do when you want to buy?. For those have and want to sell can have some patience and not panic to sell and wait for a good price. But for those who want to buy , this should be the right time should they get some to buy.

Re: What is the best way for marketing a new crypto?

The most important thing is to build a site with a clear message and clean design, highlighting the things that matter: The central idea, and the team that will deliver it. Also, a  well crafted press release is crucial to building up media interest in your product. There is the also the need to put it on the ICO calender to publicize your upcoming ICOs, and most of them will list your coin launch for free. Sites like ICO List, Coinschedule and others are invaluable resources for helping investors discover your ICO.

Re: Why the market is falling and why not be afraid
by

I think one of the major reasons for the resent fall in price of the bitcoin is due to high supply of bitcoin on the market. Bitcoin like any other commodity operate on basic principle of demand and supply. The price of the bitcoin will always fall when there are a lot of bitcoin selling in the market. The resent hack of the bitcoin could also be a factor. No panic because when the demand becomes high the price will bounce back.

Re: No to Merit for sale
by

on 28/06/2018, 21:02:16 UTC
Hey guys, common. Ive heard a lot of people willing to pay just to get merit, but what for ? Do you think imposing merit system is just a public display where higher acquisition of merits means higher IQ on the cryptocurrency market? No. Maybe its true that earning merit is almost impossible now, but why would you need it badly? For having a large payout if you are being promoted to higher rank? Wake up! You have all what you need to. Bounty campaigns is just bonus. If you are here just to suck blood from it then better find another one rather than this. Gaining knowledge and updated news from this forum is enough, then do the rest with your own effort and legworth. Success is sweeter with your own effort.

I think your message is full with while allegations. Provide evidence. I disagree that it is impossible to earn merit now days, merit depends on the quality of your post hence no one will deny you a merit if you post a high quality post that is recommended by others. In any event, how can one buy a merit. It is with cash or in kind? Having merit aside being promoted, it gives more opportunities to join a lot of bounties.

Re: Bug in campaign

If you find a bug on the bounty campaign will you use it to gain more coins or email the brand?
Also, it is not said by the brand that rewards will be given for finding the bug. Will they still give reward if you email them about the bug?

I think people who find bugs and security improvements are rare, and hence should any one find one on any campaign the brand or campaign manager will  value him or her and will have to find ways to reward them. It would be very unfortunate if I'd get no reward at all for that and believe any serious bounty brand will give a very good reward for search a great work done. However the outcome may be, i would notify them, because exploiting bugs to earn money is very bad.

Re: EXCHANGE HACKS.WILL IT EVER END?
by

No, there can only be a remedy to minimize the occurrences.  these can include, looking into decentralized exchanges. The biggest difference between centralized exchanges (like Coinbase, Kraken and Bitfinex) and decentralized exchanges is that decentralized exchanges do not hold users' funds. No one can ever access your funds other than you. So it can't be stolen unless your private keys are compromised. Strong password. Make sure to set a really hard and long password, and you are the only one to access it from a piece of paper that you control.

Re: I got scammed. I want to go after this asshat.
by
Dmatey
on 24/06/2018, 20:10:01 UTC
I got scammed out of my bitcoin. I have located the Bitcoin address where the ass hat is holding all of his/her/their coins. Its in excess of ~700btc. I would like to find a way to crack his the public key for the private key and then donate the coinage to ~700 random peeps in this community. I did not loose a lot but I'm way more talented that rich. And I have access to a server farm (in which I have permission to use unused resources - greater than 100 machines).

IF anyone has attempted this before, it would be greatly appreciated. There is a TON of into out there but I cannot decipher what is the correct method to use.

Very sorry for the great loss. To talk about you cracking somebody private key, i can say It may be "theoretically" possible, but in reality it's unlikely to be achieved. This is just like saying you can count the number of atoms in an office building, which is  unlikely. In any event, if you can do so to somebodys private key then you can also scam people. and this could mean that bitcoin is not save.

Re: Bitcoin and 2018

After 2017 was a happy year for bitcoin This year it reached the top Where it reached its highest value

Which reached in mid-December 2017 to 20 thousand dollars.

But the year 2017 was the beginning of the collapse of the bitcoin
Where it started to land very
And so on a lot of users
It also greatly affected other currencies
This week it fell very low, with bitcoin

reaching $ 6372.75

This is a significant decrease from its value in the previous year Because of the heavy attack of countries for this currency And their desire to eliminate them But bitcoin is absolutely unexpected At any moment it can be very high At any moment it falls. What does the second half of this year disappoint us You will wake up bitcoin again. . .

Yes tis year really not be there yet for cryptocurrencies especially in Bitcoin the value will be falling again and again the with this changes in Bitcoin and no one can step forward from the Investment in Bitcoin but I hope they value will increasing from this month.

Cryptocurrency whether rain or sunshine will continue to be volatile. I believe there will be a time that there will a peak where every cryptocurrency will reach and not be able to exceed. In any event this is the year that recorded the highest rise in price. I think the recent sharp drop in can be attributed to the hacks. I think the saying that investing in cryptocurrencies and Initial Coin Offerings ("ICOs") is highly risky and speculative should be a guiding principle.

Re: Some ICO is not scam
by

on 22/06/2018, 20:09:08 UTC
Yes, it is true that some ICO are not scam but majority of the ICOs are scam. Out of one hundred percentage, i can say that less than 30% of ICOs are true or are successful. I think it is important to note that investing in cryptocurrencies and Initial Coin Offerings ("ICOs") is highly risky and speculative. One therefore need to be very careful in dealing with any ICO or crypto currency and should be to accept any risk that may occur along the line.

Re: Cryptocurrency is Great, But How Many Persons Know That?
by

Yes, crypto currency has been in existence for long and has attained a great value, yet In the face of the popularity of cryptocurrency, one major issue we are facing is the thorough understanding of digital currency works. There is less awareness on the great value of crypto cuurrency. A good number of consumers are still trying to understand the whole concept of crypto currency. Although, Digital currency continues to be a hot topic online. i therefore think the Cryptocurrency industry need to collaborates to create awareness on crypto currency.

Re: Whether the year 2018 is the destruction of bitcoin prices
by
Dmatey
on 20/06/2018, 15:04:49 UTC
Absolutely No. Although the the value of Bitcoin cryptocurrency have been crashing lately, there no cause for alarm. Even comparing the price of bitcoin for this year, 2018 to the previous years bitcoin price still stand tall or it is higher. I think that recent decline in price is as a result of the hikes. well, just like any other business or market there are risks which are unforseen and can happen at any time. So risk when occur should not stop you from persueing your business. just get encouraged and work towards solving the problem. In any event, there are predictions that bitcoin will rise to 100000 USD this year. More hope!

Re: Trusted ICO agencies
by
Dmatey
on 19/06/2018, 11:37:15 UTC
No, i have no experience with any ICO agency. As you indicated it is very important to get a specific market that is interested in your brand. Your ICO must add value to what your goods or services will offer. You must provide concrete evidence that supports the value of your ICO.
Unfortunately, about 3 initial coin offering (ICO) campaigns closed unsuccessfully every day in 2017 because their marketing approach was ineffective.
You must provide concrete evidence that supports the value of your ICO. You must be able to tell your story. Because, People get involved with brands that are interested in the same social issues that they care about. There must be a purpose that goes beyond profit behind your ICO. Some of the agencies am aware of are: 1.Modern Token 2. Zerion 3. Cryptodex 4. Zerion 5. MLG 6. Marketz 7. Foxtail 8. Crynet 9. Searched

Re: Do you believe in crypto long-term?
by
Dmatey
on 18/06/2018, 11:34:00 UTC
Yes, i absolutely believe in long -term holding of crypto, I think that crypto currencies has a brighter future in that there will come a day when crypto currency  will be used very widely across the  globe on a daily basis by people as in the same way that credit cards or online banking are used nowadays. Recently most countries have hint of accepting crypto currencies in thier transactions. for example Ghana. Although there is some risk in holding it for a long time, long holding gives good results especially with some of this very promising project tokens
