Being listed on MintPal's BTC market is amazing news. Like, successful future of this coin news.
The lack of a reputable BTC market was the final piece holding this coin back.
I don't want to post any specifics on what I am expecting, but I will say that I was excited about the LTC rise and am now completely over it.

The people with 10 MH who stayed up for this launch and then went to bed are going to wake up and think it's hilarious.
A re-launch is the best option, that way investors won't lose out.
If the invested BTC was in escrow, how would investors be losing out?
If I'm understanding this correctly, a relaunch means that everyone here just wasted 2 hours of time and resources, as opposed to only two (apparently garbage) devs having to refund a handful of BTC.
Are there other factors that I am not considering? The choice seems fairly obvious to simply cancel the IPO...

yes time is money, we waited 12-14 days only to see our investment halved in 2 hrs
and we are wrong for complaining. Invest 1 BTC, IPO gets cancelled, receive 1 BTC back.
I'm seriously trying to figure this out so I can empathize with you. I'm just not understanding your problem, where I know very well that a lot of people just wasted a lot of time and resources for a relaunch.
