Re: Bitcoin hit 1M on Twitter
by

I can see bitcoin catching up like a virus. The fact that it is trending signifies that more and more people are getting hooked all over the world. Its price is getting crazier and wilder so it's no wonder that bitcoin is spreading like a wildfire. So glad I have been holding all my bitcoins and will continue to hold on as I believe it will continue to increase to 6 figures in just a matter of time.

Re: How to make old people understand Bitcoin?
by
DomainTorrent
on 20/08/2020, 20:15:22 UTC
I feel that old people generally don't like to be taught. And so I think the word 'teaching' is not the proper term to be used for them. I guess it's more appropriate if one does it in a manner of somewhat like sharing stories about bitcoin. Old people like to hear stories of all sorts. It somehow gives them the ability to use their imagination and develop their critical thinking. By a story-telling approach, I believe the old ones are more inclined to listening especially when once in a while you insert it with some nice jokes. They like to smile, to laugh and to be merry. It takes time though for them to understand much about bitcoin but, for sure, a basic understanding about it would be easy and achievable.

I know how it feels when there's just too much inside you that you would like to burst them all out to make you feel comfortable. That's probably one way to soothe yourself. Well, every now and then, a lot of piss come into our lives. And the way we handle it matters most. I guess that's how you handle on that particular kind of situation. People have always different opinions so if you think it's the right thing for you to do, then go for it. Good luck buddy.

Could not say for sure that these are the best months. Market is basically unpredictable. Either you win or you lose. It's all a gamble. But then only those who take risks could expect something beyond their wildest dreams.

Expect bitcoin to reach 9k to 10k later on. It's gradually rising and it will continue to do so. This is good news for those who love bitcoins just like me. Just continue supporting it and spread the word.

Yes, bitcoin is climbing up. It will continue to do so gradually. Right now, I'm holding on to my BTCs. Time and again what happens in the past comes back today and will return again in the future. As the saying goes on... history repeats itself.

You do have a lot of good points taken. They are quite useful for those newbies who are still grasping about the ins and out of trading. Having said that, each one of us could retrospect internally and still be able to identify what needs to be rectified in order to be successful. It is a case to case basis and according to old adage, experience is the best teacher.

I am pretty sure that in Mars there is absolutely no life at all. Why? Because up to this time there is no explicit evidence to prove life's existence in Mars.

There are some people who want to remain anonymous when it comes to donation. No need to be famous or popular. Just a simple way to express sincerity in helping humanity. Cryptocurrency is a perfect way to do that.

Re: How can I quit smoking?
by
DomainTorrent
on 30/11/2018, 21:21:07 UTC
I was once a chain smoker, smoking at home, workplace, street, while driving, just simply anywhere. For more than 20 years, smoking is one of my favorite pastime. However, having known the ill and deadly effects that smoking does to our body I started to gradually lessen my smoking day by day. Till it comes to a stick per day, then a stick after few days, a stick after a week, a stick after few weeks, a stick after a month, then after a few months up to the time that I no longer smoke. It just takes discipline to accomplish this. And I mean extreme discipline which means you really have to abide with what you really aim for and that is to quit smoking. Now, just the mere smell of cigarette smoke makes me feel dizzy and obnoxious.

I am surprised this subject on flat earth remains debatable till now since 2015 when this topic first came out. Oh well, there can certainly be no right if there's no left, no positive when there's no negative. Opposites do attract.. that's the human law of attraction.

There are always some sectors which try to manipulate the bitcoin prices. But they are not solely responsible for the rise and fall of bitcoin. They may, in fact, affect the bitcoin price partially but not totally.

Re: IF blockchain fails, what could replace it then?
by

on 26/11/2018, 03:02:36 UTC
Although of course it seems unlikely, all good things must come to an end and someday, in the distant future, the blockchain technology will fail. When it happens, what could replace it? Is there anything out there that functions similarly and just as good and reliable as blockchain? More importantly, if nothing replaces it, what will happen to cryptocurrencies then? Any ideas?

Probably a powerful human microchip implant capable of transmitting and receiving signals wherever you are connected to a central monetary database controlled by the government.

It's human nature to be greedy. The only thing that makes the difference is when you learn how to control your greed. When you let greed consume your it will most often than not harm you. Better be on the safe side.

Times like this should not be a source of dismay but rather a source of celebration. When bitcoin prices go down, it means the door of opportunity is wide open for you. Grab it as for sure the price of bitcoin will gradually start to go up again just like before. Remember, it's always a roller coaster ride. Be smart and enjoy the ride.

Re: BTC is falling !!
by
DomainTorrent
on 15/11/2018, 15:03:45 UTC
This is perfectly normal. Prices do rise and fall. On 2014, the year started with bitcoin's price at $758 and that same year ended at $320, a 58% declined. Afterwards from 2015-2017, end price of bitcoin flourished year after year.

This year 2018, bitcoin started at $13,860 and now currently (as of this writing) $5366, a 61% declined. However, I do believe bitcoin will be able to recover and its value will increase multiple times in the coming months and years. Patience is the key right now.

Re: Is cryptocurrency so difficult to understand
by
DomainTorrent
on 21/09/2018, 19:57:18 UTC
Anything that is not familiar to someone, difficulty arises. However, since cryptocurrency is becoming more and more popular people from all over the world become curious and start to learn something about it. It's quite normal that at the beginning there's information overload. But as time goes by and as one keeps in contact with the latest news about cryptocurrency I really doubt if he won't be able to understand the basic principles about it. We all learn from something when we are exposed to it and get in touch with it. Gradually, things will become clearer and more information and more knowledge will come in. It's just a simple process in life.
