Avoid drinks with sugar, find a friend to go to the gym with you in order to get some motivation. Loosing weight often times is hardly achieved because of lack of dedication.

Look at it with a telescope, you won't see any curvature and you will be able to see even the last column. You can easily find a random youtube video, it will drop your jaw.

If the earth was a glove, you would be able to easily see curvature the same way you would when you see a ball, it doesn't matter how close you look at it curvature will be there, you cannot perceive that on the earth, it doesn't matter how big a sphere is, you will always see it round. specially if you are living in one.

I sleep 6 hours a day, I feel a little tired but not sleepy. I have to work and study so I don't know if I'm tired due to everything I do during the day or lack of sleep.

I have lost weight very rapidly by stopping eating or drinking sugar products, if I drink coffee I don't use any sweetener. I don't hold myself from eating anything really. I exercise every morning even if that's for 15 or 10 minutes, walk whenever possible.

Once you realize that Moses was not a historical figure, the whole story will make more sense.
