Thank you for using Dove Wallet, the only wallet you need.
As of May 3rd, 2022, Dove Wallet will be rebranded under the name “BTX”.  As such, this new identity will be applied to our homepage and applications (Android/iOS) in the means of a new logo, and new name. In order to avoid user confusion, the new homepage address will be posted on May 3rd.
The name BTX came about as to express our intention to provide our users with the “Best Trading Experience”.  We felt that the name Dove Wallet was limiting in its name, and that our purpose as an exchange was not properly reflected in the name.  We present this new name, along with our intention to serve our customers to the best of our abilities, with new services befitting the Web 3.0 movement, such as staking and yield services.
Along with rebranding, we have decided to streamline our communication channels.  We will be closing this channel down, but you will still be able to receive news regarding us through our official Twitter, Facebook and Medium. In order to avoid confusion and possible scam attempts, please access these websites through our main page only.
BTX will continue to provide user-friendly experiences that many loved Dove Wallet for, and wishes to be part of your successful journey in cryptosphere.

Receiving address changes

Frequent mistakes

- Some currency symbols are almost alike. Make sure that you referenced the correct deposit currency. For example, in Bitcoin(BTC) and Bitcoin Gold(BTG), the spelling and address type look similar, and there could a high chance of a wrong deposit.
- A deposit can be omitted if it is from an old address after being hard-forked and changed to a new address type. Check whether the deposit is available before you deposit a currency.
- Check full address is correct, especially the front and at the end of it. If you copied it from an attacked device that has clipboard hijacking types of malicious codes, it can change address when you copy and paste.
- Make sure your transactions are in the same network for deposit and withdrawal. It might take some time or be unable to retrieve it if a transaction used a different network for deposit.
