-Powerful VPS depending on the number of traders you are targeting, your domain. It's simply uploading the files to the host.

How good is the website script?
-It's very user friendly and the back end can control much more overall activities at the front. Even a person with very less knowledge can handle the operations of adding/removing markets, and other general activities because they are just some buttons away.
Front end layout is very good. Everything has been tested and works perfectly fine.

Who would we sell this to?
-We would have a skype discussion before we sell this to any one. We have to make sure that we do not sell this to a wrong hand. We hope to discuss with the person who is capable of holding an exchange with a dedicated team. If you are a sole person, it might not be suitable but feel free to contact us.

Security Measures
Hot wallet(server side) and Cold wallet(blockchain.info).
Hot Wallet -> 10% of the bitcoin the site has.
Cold Wallet -> 90% of the bitcoin the site has in blockchain.info [OWNERs access only]
