Re: 🔥🔥🔥[ANN] [POW/POS/MN] [MASTERNODE COIN] ⚡️ Held Coin ⚡️ Scrypt
by

I am really liking Heldcoin lately.  Here is 8 reasons I just came up with for why -

1. It has a cool name and logo.  First thing that catches my eye.
2. The Devs are active and communicate on multiple platforms (btctalk, discord, telegram, etc).
3. It is profitable and fair to mine with my Scrypt AntMiner L3+.
4. There is a limited supply.  At 65mil coin max, and with the name and all...seems like a no-brainer. HODL this coin!
5. Of course, MasterNodes.  MN are doing great now and even if profits reduce, they will VERY likely be profitable for some time.
6. Don't have enough HLDC for MasterNode?  Just PoS stake it on any PC.  Boom, perpetual profits.
7. Great community and following already.
8. Solid listing on crypto-bridge, an up and coming de-centralized exchange.

Anyways, I'm sticking around the Heldcoin community for awhile and I might suggest that you consider having an in-depth look at Heldcoin as well.

Is there a minimum amount(or even specific amount like some coins?) to begin staking?

What is the POS schedule? Will staking be available directly from the QT?

Almost answered my own questions...almost.

From the proofofstakepools website:

"CAUTION The minimum block size for deposit of Thunderstake is 1,000. Any deposit smaller than 1,000 will be considered a donation to the website. The bonus coin for Thunderstake staking will be the Mining Partners Token (MPT). It is an ERC20 token traded on the decentralized platform (ForkDelta). To trade and transfer this token you will need to create an Ethereum wallet thru (MyEtherWallet, or MetaMask)."

No minimum amount to start staking.  Once you have coins in your QT wallet, you will automatically start receiving rewards.  It isn't like a MasterNode where you have to lock your coins.

Lol.  You ran VirusTotal against mega.nz, one of the largest file-sharing sites in the world, and 1 out of 67 antivirus engines said it was phishing so you're out?  Haha, I don't think the "internets" work that way.

by

on 22/01/2018, 05:35:09 UTC
Respected admin,

You have added two new miner, sgminer & gatelessgate, but not given any help for those,

i have tried everything but i am unable to use them on my amd rx 570 12 card rig, plz give correct syntax for both of them. also tell me how we can save config file in for miner in smos.

plz help

thanks.

Website: http://simplemining.net

What is SimpleMining OS (SMOS) ?
It is nice looking and easy Operating system for mining on AMD GPUs

Most wanted info:
- idea is simple: download for free my OS and write it to any drive: Hard / SSD / even USB drive
- after that you just enter your email address in config.txt file and boot your rig
- login to simplemining.net dashboard using the same email and start managing your rig Smiley
- you can test it for free and then you need to pay only 2$ per rig per month
- if there will be new miner i will implement it fast with auto-updates system

Requirements:
- R OS = AMD GPUs R300/R200/HD7xxx series
- RX OS = AMD GPUs RX400/RX500 series
- NV OS = Nvidia GPUs (alsmost all of them)
- hard drive / ssd / usb drive - it must be 7GB or bigger
- at least 1-4GB system memory (depend how much GPUs are you using and what miner)

About me
- I am linux admin for about 13 years and crypto miner for 5 years
- Linux, programming, scripting, mining are my hobbies Smiley
- i am honest and simple IT guy who whants to make world better and give something to it

Yes, please provide documentation for AMD Neoscrypt mining with Gateless Gate.

Sorry for n00b question, but how can I solo mine this?

And why you wanna do it?  Grin
Why not?  I have a 40kH/s farm that I think would be better off solo mining...

Maybe you would like to look into http://storj.io and http://driveshare.org/
The payouts are not extreme by any means, but still, you can make some BTC by renting our disk space.

I have not tried storj.io, I just heard about them on some podcasts.

I looked in to this and it seems they are in development and have been for awhile.  I will keep my eye on them..

If you already have the drive space, BURST is definitely profitable...but only about $1/day/3-4TB.  If you do want to buy into it for profit, I would say there is about 3-4month ROI on hard drive purchases.

I have been mining BURST for awhile now.  It is a pain to set up but I am using what I already had - lots of HDD space!  Oh yea, and power consumption is super minimal so my electricity bill is not thru the roof.  I have made some $$$ with this one already but I am wondering if there are any other coins out there doing the same thing?

Thanks!

This might be perfect timing...we are raising donations for promoting BURST coin.  This is a first of its kind type coin that is mined using HARD DRIVE SPACE!

I would post over there with your info.  I hope this works out, it looks like you do great work!  - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=731923.13780

I am still getting quite a few interrupts on some of my miners using BMS, even though the plots are optimized and are locally attached.  Also, it is not uncommon for my miners 'Time Since Last Share' to be for hours.  This can't be good, correct?

Sorry for the poor formatting but below is an example.  Sadly, this is probably one of my better situations...

Miner

Uptime - local 0 Days : 8 Hours : 14 Minutes : 31 Seconds

Time Since Last Share - 0 Days : 5 Hours : 3 Minutes : 39 Seconds

Re: [XMR] Monero Client .NET - A graphical account manager made for Windows
by

on 13/09/2014, 03:51:16 UTC
I am probably a bit dated and definitely behind the ball, but I am wondering if anyone can help me out...I installed the Monero GUI client wallet about a month ago.  I have mined to it some, to the point of about 16 XMR.  These never showed up in my wallet.  I tried a couple things and then kind of gave up.  Here it is a month later and I am still trying to get this thing going.  I did a backup of the wallet (contains .bin, address.txt, .keys file).  I am trying to figure out how I can get these to be restored within the wallet.  I would really prefer a GUI wallet for simplicities sake but I am not above going commando...err, command-line, to get these XMRs back....can anyone assist with this issue?

I am most likely doing something wrong here, but I am using the v0.39.0-beta.2 client.  I installed an older client first to create an account.  Then, I installed the aforementioned beta version.  I did an import of my backup, it showed my address, is caught up with a bunch of connections, but it was NOT receiving any XMR. I have been mining for a couple days and the pool shows several XMR.

So, I went to a different PC, ran the client, let it catch up, imported wallet, and now for an address it just says "Initializing".  Am I missing some thing here?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Best configuration for 2x Radeon Sapphire HD 6870

on 19/01/2014, 05:41:32 UTC
I just picked up 2 of these cards on Craigslist for $150 total.  Out of the box, I am getting 600kH/s.  I want to push these things for another 50-100 kH/s each.  I have been looking online and it seems some people have had success with this, but I can't find a good method on how they did it.  Can anyone recommend improvements for my current config?  I am running modded cgminer 3.7.2.

Thanks!

Nope, Alt's are here for awhile for sure.  You just need to be a bit smarter about what you are mining...and how you are trading.

Alts are for day-trading, LTC/BTC are for long term investments.

Think cryptos in general are going away?  Not anytime soon, check out this article - http://www.nbcnews.com/business/porn-basketball-taxes-bitcoin-hot-streak-2D11940201
