Important Week for Global Policy Rates


The week ahead of us is critical for the currency market. On Wednesday, we have the inauguration day in the United States, as Joe Biden will officially become the new President. The Biden’s administration economic agenda is based on three pillars – fiscal stimulus, infrastructure spending, bringing back the Obamacare program – and the markets will closely monitor the developments in these three areas.

One day later, FX traders have the first major central bank meeting of the year, as the European Central Bank (ECB) announces its decision this coming Thursday. The central bank made it clear that the Euro is too high and that the higher EURUSD exchange rate weighs on inflation, but that did not stop the EURUSD rate from reaching 1.23.

In the meantime, the exchange rate eased from the highs, trading below 1.21 – is this the start of a new cycle for the EURUSD pair?


Fed vs. ECB

The pandemic caught the ECB already having the interest rate in negative territory. In the aftermath of the European sovereign crisis in 2012, the ECB lowered the deposit facility below zero, where it still is at present. As such, the central bank was forced to use other unconventional tools to ease the policy during the pandemic.

So did the Fed. But the Fed opted to avoid negative rates and to focus more on stimulating the business environment by printing huge amounts of new dollars. In 2020 alone, the Fed printed over 30% of all the dollars ever created. Yet, this did not translate into inflation, although it is too early to tell at this point if inflation will be a theme in the years ahead.

The Fed’s actions sent the dollar lower, and the ECB and other central banks had little or no power to stop the dollar’s decline. As such, the Euro and the other G10 currencies, all appreciated against the dollar.

Now that the crisis is adverted, as suggested by the available vaccines and the vaccination programs around the world, the market may choose to revert the dollar decline theme seen during the pandemic. If that is the case, this week, we should see the first signs of a trend change.

Global policy rates are close to zero and are expected to remain so for the foreseeable future. Only in 2023 and beyond the major central banks are forecasted to lift the rates. However, even then, the ECB’s deposit facility rate is predicted to remain below zero.

Therefore, judging by the interest rate differential that exists and will keep existing in the years ahead, the market may see a sharp reversal in the EURUSD exchange rate.

I would like to present to you a fascinating hypothetical idea related to prime number theory and its application in cryptography. It involves the concept of the so-called "Prime Cross," developed by German chemist Peter Plichta*.

The basic idea behind the Prime Cross, as I understand it as a layperson, is the notion of a spiral arrangement of the number sequence based on 24 vectors/segments. By highlighting the prime numbers within this arrangement, a pattern similar to the Templar Cross is formed.

>> Out of a total of 24 vectors, only 8 vectors can contain prime numbers! (while the other 16 vectors fundamentally exclude prime numbers)

If we further explore this assumption, wouldn't it mean that 66% of all numbers could be excluded as potential prime numbers from the outset? This would be a tremendous breakthrough in prime number computation and could potentially have revolutionary implications for cryptography, comparable to the RSA breakthrough mentioned by AI, at least.

Imagine how efficient and fast prime number computation would be if we didn't even have to consider the majority of numbers ("RSA PrimeX"-Algo). Cryptographic techniques relying on the difficulty of factoring large numbers into their prime factors could significantly benefit from such increased efficiency. To the best of my knowledge, no number (except for 2 and 3, as shown in the graph) has been discovered outside these 8 sequences that is prime.

I myself have no programming skills, so I wouldn't know how to apply Plichta's idea in this field or the actual depth of its impact. However, the AI mentioned that this approach would be much more efficient compared to the conventional methods if it indeed works. That is why I am presenting it here for discussion, with a catchy title ; )

If you do a little google search you will find it there easily. Whatever, you can use https://www.speechtexter.com/ for this. I am using this for a long time.
And for converting speech to text In my personal view it was best. It properly converts many types of languages easily from speech to text and it's support more than 70 language for using. You can use it if you want.

Well that is very shocking to make 10k-20k per month on fiverr. I do not think it is a lot of people who make this much profit every month from doing their tasks from fiverr.

Maybe your problem is your prices. I do know that there is tasks that costs more then 5 dollars. Are your prices more expensive then others. You will get better feedbacks here if you posted your profile for us to see and help.

There I said it, people do not take free energy seriously anymore and when you try to tell them they don't believe you or they think you want something from them.

I feel like I'm the only one mining without paying electric fees. I think I'm going to release the stl files so everyone could just 3d print their own generator and let the Earth breath.
