Yes, I'm just going by my own experience.
I used LN for a while when Bitcoin fees were really high.  But, to be honest, I just got tired of using it later, since I didn’t notice any serious savings on transaction fees, simply because there weren’t too many payments themselves.  In my case, it was clearly not thousands of transactions per month.  Eventually I just got tired of it and stopped using LN.
The majority of cryptocurrency users apparently do the same thing.

Why you get tired - is it more time/effort consuming?

So what's the consensus on LN usage fro crypto casinos? When the network is stable - LN is not necessary, right? so the majority of time...

How ofter is it being revised?

Can you publish a transparent list of criteria?

Almost every gambling site will promise this but the problem is will they be true to their words?
because scammers mostly made this promises and ending? we are the losers lol.
Today, there are an incredible number of fraudulent casinos that have no intention of complying with any requirements. It's a pity that sometimes people are not as attentive as we would like. They constantly end up on such fake sites where they lose every last penny of their money. How to deal with this? To be honest, I don’t have a clear answer to this.

Even an experienced Internet user may not notice the difference. Everything is so well thought out that a mosquito won’t hurt your nose, as they say.
Anyone who is still swindled these days by the cheap casino fraud is to be blamed, they are such that look for too many offers like high bonuses, no-KYC and many more. What do you expect? I think that there is more exposure now, no one should be lured into the pretence of casinos no matter what. That is why I like to face reality and do my KYC and even make sure that I deal with only casinos that do KYC and are truly regulated.

What do you mean by "truly regulated"? Because for example the Curacao license many casinos use is useless. Means nothing, protects from nothing. But people keep blindly believing that if any license is there, then you can trust the place. That is actually a piece of "paper" bought for money. You just pay a lot of money to some suspicious man for getting the icon on the website. Who from those who will comment on this ever went through the procedure of getting that license?
