Puedes dejar preparado un email con instrucciones para tus familiares/amigos de confianza/etc... y cada cierto tiempo tienes que acceder acceder a un link, que actúa para que no lo envíe. Este link se comporta pues como un "interruptor de hombre muerto".

Si te pasa algo, Dios no quiera, y no puedes acceder a dicho link, se mandan los emails.
