Re: India Wants Crypto
by
Dudeperfect
on 15/02/2021, 12:52:18 UTC
Thanks for initiating it. Yes, we need crypto and blockchain for development and this is a time when we should convince it to the government. Banning is not the solution, we must take it in a way that is beneficial for all.

P.S - I logged in after more than a year just because I heard this news recently and this upcoming law will not only destroy the crypto in India but also the opprtunities for new creative startups too.

Re: Will You Advise Newbies To Enter Bitcoin Now?
by

Yes, I believe that Bitcoin is still undervalued and outsiders have not yet understood the real potential of it but instead of looking at it as a threat, we should look it at as an opportunity to absorb gains of initial stage and hence it is wise to have the defensive approach for newbies while getting started and invest only after understanding the insights of Bitcoin and crypto market.

Re: How do you protect your digital coins?
by
Dudeperfect
on 20/05/2019, 10:22:20 UTC
I have always believed that the crypto currency is based on the blockchain technology which relies on the principle of decentralization and it gives us the freedom to hold our wealth with us without relying on any third party out there. I have been using multiple wallets but when it comes to the holding, I prefer hardware wallet as well as paper wallet (along with backup precautions) to store my funds. I highly recommend offline storage for anyone willing to ensure high security but even in that case, the holder must maintain psychical security measures.

Re: Gambling is an entertainment?
by
Dudeperfect
on 17/05/2019, 15:02:08 UTC
Yes, I believe that gambling is something that triggers dopamine in the reward centre of our brain. You might look at it as a business or entertainment but I believe that the whole system is linked with the reward centre and winning makes us happy because it gives us the pleasure of feeling superior to others and due to aggressive human nature, we give our best in order to prove that position and defend the title of winner. This process is entertaining for those who perform better than others but the case might not be the same with the losers. However, it might be addictive in both cases.

Re: I dont think beginners should start with airdrop anymore
by
Dudeperfect
on 04/05/2019, 13:47:48 UTC
Well, an airdrop is just a starting fuel required for a newbie to experience the crypto world without spending the actual money. That's why most of the projects announce airdrops to attract users to test their ecosystem and review it so that they can vouch for the same. However, a user should treat it as a test ride and it doesn't make any sense to take the test ride daily without buying any car.

Re: Yobit spam on the forum
by
Dudeperfect
on 04/05/2019, 13:37:46 UTC
I can't agree that it's only because of the old signature code, the two users stated above have you directed to yobit.net or yobit.io.
Maybe we need someone who are not currently in a campaign to wear the old signature and then get his feed back.

The old sig can be found in this thread, right?

i already told my friend who is not wearing signature at the moment and he wears the old signature but it still "Yobit.net signature is banned"
for the @dudeperfect can wear it because it contains yobit.io but for @alyssa85 cases it contains yobit.net but it still not banned

I think if someone reported him as spammer with proof he will be banned soon but if no one reported him maybe he can be still wearing it until other user found that he is spamming.  That is why he still alive not ban yet.

Not really, the Campaign has a running 60 day ban. The two cases presented above are really a prior version of the Yobit Campaign’s signature, from some point in the past. Notice that both @Dudeperfect and @alyssa85 have a Yobit signature that refers to "over 350 coins". The current (banned) signature references "over 1450 coins".

There are a handful more profiles I’ve seen still bearing that old version of the signature.

For real i saw @Dudeperfect with something like a "Yobit.net signature is banned" on his sig space earlier on unless i was hallucinating  Cheesy
Maybe what's happening is the yobit chaps have found a way of encouraging users to wear old yobit signatures that have yobit.io link which was not banned whilst displaying Yobit.net on the signature for people to see

Since I was not active on this forum, I was not having much idea of what's happening. Now, I have removed the signature and I DON'T HAVE ANY INTENTION TO PROMOTE SPAM OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I hope that my good track record is enough to explain my intentions. Thanks for highlighting it and bringing it to my notice. Let me know if I have to post this as a signed message to confirm my identity.

Best,

Re: Always monitor your coins - Always be secured!
by
Dudeperfect
on 02/05/2019, 05:59:23 UTC
I agree because Bitcoin is based on the blockchain technology which relies on the principle of decentralization and hence one should be held responsible for his holdings. If someone is using exchanges or web wallets to store his funds then those exchanges or web wallet service providers has the ability to spend his funds (with or without permission) hence it becomes critical for the user to hold funds in the offline wallets and ensuring security for the same.

First of all, welcome on board. This is the best place to share and seek knowledge regarding cryptocurrencies and associated topics. I appreciate your art and skills, you can capitalize it in the marketplace section. However, I would advise you about investing your time before investing your money. Read as much as valuable posts so that you can learn further about it. Bitcoin has a global presence so that means, you can sell your products across the globe and accept payment in minutes.

I agree that holding is important from an investor's point of view but as far as the growth of the entire ecosystem is concerned, one should also spend some amount of holding to ensure the momentum of coins within the ecosystem. I have always believed that movement is a contribution to the growth and hence, I try to spend my 50% of the funds directly because Bitcoin is a payment system in its core and that how we should treat it in the first place itself. On the other hand, an investor can keep his holding active throughout his holding period.

Re: The Best way to Practice the English Language [Speech and Writing]
by
Dudeperfect
on 02/05/2019, 05:23:50 UTC
This is a good way to improve vocal skills but I won't call this a communication as we are talking with the computer and there is no one on the other side to hear what we are speaking. This might create an illusion that we can talk in an effective way but I believe that we should always talk with the real person because we get to understand his expressions or even his real-time response for every sentence that we speak. Since English is not my native language, I am using the app called Opentalk and I have found it useful for the above-mentioned purpose.

Re: Bitcoin mining would bring back excessive profit?
by
Dudeperfect
on 02/05/2019, 05:13:24 UTC
Well, I think that mining is a long term business model and no one should judge it from the returns of the day. Whatever resources are invested in mining can fetch the returns in the long run and that's how this model works. This largely depends on the possibility of the price rise in the future and a reduction in the fixed cost of a mining farm. However, we must also consider the increase in the difficulty rate which can cause major damage to the possible returns.

Re: The use of Crypto currencies in our country.
by
Dudeperfect
on 02/05/2019, 05:04:40 UTC
That is impressive but in my country, we don't have many merchants accepting Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies as of now so we can't use Bitcoins directly for paying for the bills. It doesn't make any sense to convert Bitcoin into fiat currency and use it because it kills the prime motive of the innovation of the cryptocurrency. However, I believe that we will be able to transact using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies soon even for the microtransactions but as of now, we have to rely on online merchants accepting cryptocurrencies.

Re: How will you teach bitcoin if someone does want to know coming from you?
by
Dudeperfect
on 02/05/2019, 05:01:53 UTC
First of all, I don't believe that Bitcoin is a complicated technology as far as basic use including security precaution is concerned. We use email facility daily but I am sure that most of us have no idea of how of email actually works in a technical sense behind our mailbox screen. Similarly, Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies have a vast scope if someone wants to learn it in depth but as I said, it is not that much difficult from a user point of view. I have always believed that a practical demonstration of Bitcoin transaction is the best way to learn and explain how Bitcoin and cryptocurrency works.

Re: ‘Bitcoin Is Not Money’ Because We Cannot Print It – Banks
by
Dudeperfect
on 02/05/2019, 04:58:32 UTC
Definitely, this argument is not going to work because of the fundamental definition of money emerges from the value to the users irrespective of creation or supreme authority managing the whole financial ecosystem. Yes, the institutions like bank have the power to manipulate the flow of traditional money but again their power is limited to to the extent of currency issued by the government of that respective country. Therefore I don't see this as a concrete argument.

Re: TOP suggestions for someone who's thinking of buying BTC?
by
Dudeperfect
on 06/04/2019, 07:07:35 UTC
Well, Bitcoin is just another payment system and it is still in the basic phase of development. No one is sure that what is going to happen down the road and hence it is extremely important to consider risk factor while investing anything in Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency for that matter. One should invest not more than his loss-bearing capacity as we all know that Bitcoin is a part of the wild cryptocurrency market where anything is possible. One should always invest his time before investing his money in order to understand what this market is all about and what are the consequences of investing in this market.

Re: How big is the role of the government in the development of Bitcoin?
by
Dudeperfect
on 06/04/2019, 07:04:41 UTC
Well, I believe that most of the governments have their policies regarding extreme control especially on the financial sector of those respective countries. However, there are some countries like Australia where students are exploring cryptocurrency and blockchain technology in their academic curriculum itself.  I honestly believe that governments should look at this technology in a positive way and ensure the best application of it in order to improve the domestic economy as well as international relations.

Re: List for people who want to start paying with BTC
by
Dudeperfect
on 24/03/2019, 11:13:42 UTC
It would be great if someone could share the link of merchants actively accepting Bitcoin as a payment instrument. I am unable to find the merchant in my town and hence I am not able to spend my crypto directly in offline market and converting it into the fiat currency doesn't make any sense to me. I appreciate your efforts of improving utility value of Bitcoin.
