Sync works very bad since core v.3., connections poor 
I think your issue might be related to port forwarding. Check out the wiki https://wiki.qortal.org/doku.php?id=port_forwardingIf that doesn't work out, ask in the Discord https://discord.gg/MhxRpGyaDD there are tons of smart folks there.
Everything worked fine until v.3. With v.3 and QDN sync start to work terrible.

Name the date when it will happen.
In this validation, we didn't receive additional rewards for good flips, although there were 13 days from the announcement, to the validation, September 28, to implement this update. Why didn't this happen? Why wasn't this implemented on the September 23rd hard fork?
Next validation in 9.5 days.

Motivation: Encouraging people to create AI-hard flips.
This change requires detection of AI-hard flips during the validation session. In order to qualify a flip as AI-hard, 1/3 of the committee votes are required. Once the flip is detected as AI-hard it will be granted x2, x4 or x8 times higher reward depending on the flip security score.

Three validations have already passed since the hard fork was published.
This was the very first item in the list of changes and it still does not exist.
Or is it a trick so people just don't make bad flips?
Where is the development process for this new software?
Show the official link to the github for this app version that will automatically identify secure flips and calculate the security score?

That is still in development, the fork got us node and protocol that supports this. Now I think we need to wait for new version of Idena client that supports it.

There's a current task of creating 3 flips may I ask what will happen if I don't managed to comply with this task until validation?
You can create 3 flips with nothing.Just load blank sheets and that's it.
All your flips will be reported and you will miss all rewards, but you will save your mining status.

To be honest, after this dump (devs dump ??) there is no desire to deal with these pictures.
