It's not possible to tell if that is a Segwit or a Multisig address as it has never been used. The only way to tell would be from the input scripts if it had sent a tx.

If you made that address in Electrum then it cannot be a Segwit address as Electrum uses Bech32 address that start "bc1".

Standard here means 'legacy' addresses.

This depends on how much transactions you often perform between different recipients or if you're receiving a lot of transactions from other parties. Basically legacy addresses are ones that begin with '1' and Segwit addresses start with 'BC1' (in electrum by default) or '3' (to do that follow the guide here as Electrum doesn't create these by default: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/creating-a-p2sh-segwit-wallet-with-electrum/)

Segwit addresses starting with 3 are most backward compatible right now, and it'll allow your send and receive funds to and from anybody using any type of address (may it be legacy or segwit)

Segwit addresses starting with bc1 are also backward compatible, but they're very new and only very few wallets / exchanges support receiving / paying from it. Any electrum user with version 3.0 and above can send and receive bitcoins from legacy to bc1 segwit addresses and vice versa, but this isn't the same with all other wallets, cause they still need to develop the code for this and implement it. Segwit addresses will greatly help reduce you fee by a large percentage when you're sending money unlike legacy addresses cause the seggregated witness part is separated from the transaction block to save block space. This is why many are migrating to segwit addresses.

If I were you I would use Segwit addresses starting with '3' for regular transactions with anyone and everyone, where as I'd also store a majority of my savings on bc1 addresses cause soon these type of addresses will be utilized. Segwit addresses starting with '3' are just a workaround until people finally start using bc1 addresses, also Segwit addresses starting with '3' lose about 10% in fee as compared to 'bc1' addresses. On the other hand, if you're confused, there's no harm in using a legacy address either. Choose it if you want to.

Choose what it suits you most.

The Standard option will create a Legacy wallet usually with an address starting with 1. This is the normal bitcoin wallet which was used since the beginning of Electrum. Fees are higher though.

The Segwit option will create a Segwit wallet where addresses starts differently but this option make transactions with low fees. I haven't tried it myself as I am only using Standard. Someone else can add to this reply and explain you in detail what Segwit does except lower fees.
