BTC will always be relevant but I believe a new cryptocurrency with better faster tech will be at the forefront.

Hi. i have 80K+ Pacoin on cryptopia and i leave it there. but now when i open my account again i have only 87 Pacoin? any info??
PACcoin was Burned @ a 1000:1 ratio for the new $PAC coin. Cryptopia has done this automatically for anyone who's coins where kept on its exchange. Not sure if this is what happened to you but the math adds up..... What doesn't add up is My old PACcoin was worth a 1000 times more than my new $PAC coin. hard pill to swallow seeing that I was holding 11Mil old PAC now Have 11K $hit PAC.
OH well Guess I can all ways sell my $PAC and go buy a coffee or a fancy stick of gum.

$PAC Has been removed from Coinmarketcap. Hopefully to fix error and relist with correct info. At the very least we got our 15 min of Fame!! lol
It looks to be up and running again - I have been able to log in right now. So there might be bright future ahead !
Until they do the ethical thing and allow coin withdrawal for every coin that is listed there I don't see any bright future.
Coinsmarkets is over, they don't know it yet, but the customers know. Withdraw coins and forget about them ASAP. What coinsmakets did is terror
in action for the last 2+ months.
coinsmarkets future will last as long as it takes for every smart person who has coins on coinsmarkets to withdraw all currency from that ****hole of an exchange and never look back!

Others may have a different opinion, but I am staunchly opposed to keeping anyone, especially someone's little son, dead. Others, feel free to chime in. We're a community coin but this is not something I support. No one should be kept dead in my, humble, opinion.

Fine, one coin can be withdrawn. And all the others? The ECA community seems to have been able to put a quite big pressure upon CM, so that they solved their problems with this coin. I wonder, when they will be able to solve the problems of all the others? Can´t take days, to check one coin after the other.
The question I have is why no other coin have a vested intrest in helping resolve this issue with coinsmarkets. good on ECA community for taking care of buisness, but where is bitcoin, litecoin... no sweat of their brow? I just hope BTC wallet is next so I can get some sleep and get rid of my newly formed ulcer.

Not always higher. RMC was @ $50,000.00 at one point so price doesn't mean anything when talking about retainability. BitcoinBTC is a brand name as much as it is a cryptocurrency, nobody ever believes that their kingdom will fall until they are under siege.

wallet status on coinsmarkets show all wallets that are online for withdraw, currently only ECA wallet is online for withdraw with more to follow. supposedly anyway.

I see this and I understand why because bitcoin is the trading pair for almost all other coins. However there will be coins that you will be able to purchase with fiat and do atomic swapping of other crypto currencies that will break away from chain gang of bitcoin, and I am on that train. where do you want to be?

I don´t think so. Any new coin has his own property or characteristic and so they have an advantage over bitcoin, but bitcoin is just a code so the community can add new features like they did in the past to improve bitcoin.
Can they improve how danm slow bitcoin is for any practical daily usage? takes anywhere from 45min to 3 hrs for complete transaction. you try standing in line at the DMV and see how it compares to waiting for confirmations from bitcoin transaction. rubbish. https://electraproject.org/

When I am able to reach it login is intermittent and when i am logged in trade engines are offline anyway. I just want to be able to pull my BTC out of there and buy more ECA.
The price being low is not enough for me to count ECA out. if anything I am angry that my BTC is locked up in coinsmarkets preventing me from taking advantage of the low price of ECA. If I have any choice in the matter I would buy more ECA while the price is low. People panic when prices drop, I get excited and buy.lol #1 rule of investing is buy when everyone is selling and sell when everyone is buying. worked out for me on several Coins now ECA is no different. I will say this about ECA it is the fastest crypto currency I have personally used thus far anyway.
