That would have been another concern if we add to the actual moneysupply after pow end, we assumed the risk of the criticism but trust me without funding no coin will survive. We did not ask for any BTC to conduct the development, if the size of the premine doesn't suits your needs just leave behind the Emporium, nobody asks you to buy or to invest in anything.

Yobit and C-Cex. These are trusted exchanges and great for EMPC since their userbase it's pretty large.

You can say so. The "darkness" of the market will be given by the sold products but we are not going to hide that we are aiming this segment, We don't want to limit or restrict the items that will be sold.
What about getting it, yes we've chosen PoW for distribution, so if you are willing to hold some for the swap and you are not minning the only way to get it is by purchasing it at an exchange.

Emporium is the lisk fork that is not ready yet, but how could that be when Lisk wasn't even launched yet either

About premine: there is a 6.4% premine for development funding. I don't think that anybody really believes that without funding such a project can be conducted to success. There is no crowdsale/ico/ipo to fund the development only a small percent of premine.

Premine funds will be needed once the work will be started on EMPORIUM.
These funds will be spent on website creation, promotion, etc.

As stated in OP, EmporiumCoin its the placeholder token of EMPORIUM marketplace and cryptocurrency, which will be released as a slightly modified fork of LISK.
The premine consists 6.4% of total supply. These funds will be spent on further development, and EMPORIUM environment developement.
